    At the beginning we had already a bad feeling we needed an apartment they told us we had a move in date but pulled back the day before move in due to a roach infestation at the apartment i already had a start date at my job with no accomadation no nothing but i could not find an apartment in 24 hrs so i had to wait. We get the apartment nail polish on their prestine counter tops that they swear are spotless roaches still roaming window sills full of dead flys, balcony door jam chewed through by the previous tenants dog. But i signed the lease for a year due to the fact that i did not have no where else to go and i had to report to work. The front office will bring us roach spray for the roaches, so expect roaches in your apartment we kept our apartment roach free and clean with a lot of traps and sprays at the end. They dont replace your air filter every month you have to go and get it from the office if they are there. parking is trash if you have 2 cars good luck finding a spare parking after 4 pm good luck. constant smell of marijuana in your apartment they never did figure out who smokes in their apartment even tho they go inspect your apartment every other month. The apartment was returned cleaner with no roaches at the end of the lease and guess what whole deposit gone on sealent for the granite counter top, paint for walls that had no pictures hung on them carpet that only had a 2 people traffic on them when no shoes where allowed to touch that carpet. Do not rent from this place unless you like roaches and if you do expect lack luster service. Dont even bother cleaning your apartment the deposit will still be taken

    When we moved in it was rocky. But melanie and Brittany were on top of everything. If there is anything that needs to be fixed it gets done.

Management should get a 0/5 stars. They talk down to you, make it a very hostile environment, i understand if there are matters to discuss but it can be done in a respectful way. Honestly i have read the reviews and seems like a lot of people of color are having issues with management... maybe something for them to look out for. Nice complex but you'll always feel like you're being watched or even get harassed at one point or another. Update: I received a notice to get rid of a service dog within 3 days or I'd be evicted out of the apartment. Since this review, the attitude of the front management changed drastically but just like everyone said, you see NONE of your deposit back plus I owe more after cleaning the house to the best of my ability. The team has ensured my apartment is ready for move-in with new flooring and everything being up to a good standard. Thoughtful touch: there was a little present left for me on the counter upon move in that included a card, some snacks, and a few household items. Just as with any apartment there are some things that are more and less advantageous: * Great location of the complex where you feel safe taking a tranquil run on a Sunday morning or walking to your car at a late hour * Gated 24/7 * Mostly friendly neighbors. Good energy in the complex. * Clean upkeep of the complex, including garbage areas. Although the grass from the gardener has remained over my walkway for two weeks now. * Good condition of the unit. Evidently, the complex has been built fairly recently. * Bigger fridge than in some other apartment complexes. It also has an ice maker. * Washer and dryer are medium size but are included in the unit. Heads up: the dryer buzzes harshly at the end of the cycle, but dries clothes well. * Wish there was more storage available in the kitchen and bathroom. * Kitchen has great amount of counter space. * Wish there was more counter space in the bathroom. * The sink in the kitchen is positioned slightly further off the edge of the counter (my lady hands stretch to reach) and does not appear to be very deep. Something to watch out for if that is of matter. Overall, there have been no issues so far. Will update if more detail occurs. Recommending this complex for those who want to live in Clovis conditions/atmosphere but have smooth access to Fresno.

Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

    The complex is pretty, but there is a water bug issue on the grounds. When I first did my…read morewalkthrough there were bugs all throughout the apartment and they apologized for not cleaning it before but that should have been my sign to leave day 1. However the lease was already signed and they insisted this wasn't an issue but that the apartment had been sitting. They have pest control but I've lived here three months and have called pest control three times and the issue still exists. You even see the water bugs dead outside your front door often. Waking up to use the restroom in the middle of the night to see big bugs on your floor or in your cabinets is not comfortable. No matter what I do, these bugs are showing up everyday. You also have to pay for pest control now. If you don't care about bugs you'll be fine. The appliances in the kitchen are old for these being luxury apartments. The gym is old and lacks equipment. Maintenance is very fast and office always answers calls. For the people saying the office people are never here, it's because they are at the sister property across the street but you can always go there or call. The units are also spacious and garages are a good size.

I only lived there for 13 months, and it wasn't long enough to do any considerable damage to the apartment. Be careful when you move in and nitpick at everything that could possibly be wrong. Because after you have signed your walk through statement, they will go back into the apartment and charge you for every little thing that they find fault with.... whether it was your doing or not. In other words, you will not get your deposit back and you will have to owe them money. You would be better off renting a home.
