Woodbridge is a pet friendly community which lends to the neighborly interaction of the residents. The property manager,Jennifer handles requests quickly and efficiently- with a GENUINE smile. Lorenzo, a leasing agent here, is AND an excellent ambassador. I do believe he played a huge role in our decision to look no further. Recently,despite the rain, the annual "Tenant Appreciation Luau" was held. Food and music and games... I'm told another event will be held in July. Construction of a new community room and office space is to begin soon as well. While the small town friendly feel of Woodbridge is comforting, it may not and does not appeal to all. If you live there for any substantial…read moreamount of time, make sure to consider the forms that the company has you sign regarding the granite. They ask you to sign a form that essentially puts you on the hook for anywhere between 3000 to 8000 up to $10,000 for the granite that is within your apartment. They try to make you feel like it is easy to maintain but the thing is that they use cheap granite which very easily stains over the years from minor water alone. Basically, you end up paying for poor quality granite that is bought in cheaper bulk by the leasing company contractors but then you end up having the granite staining over many years from normal wear and tear and get charged for very expensive granite. There have been a few people that tried to take the apartment complex to claims court when they were sent exorbitant charges upon move out but unfortunately, these tenants lost these cases . Although it is somewhat helpful to have pictures of the granite prior to leaving the apartment and upon initial inspection, it is inevitable in many cases that be able to maintain the granite long enough for you to not have even minor damage to the granite. To make matters worse the company will tell you that the bathroom and the kitchen as a set so even though you might have minor damage in one area you'll be required to replace the whole thing in both rooms which can cost many thousands of dollars please be careful and please do not sign those forms regarding the granites or consider getting a different apartment. Please stay away from this predatory leasing company.

After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. My priors manager's communication was terrible and to make things worse they were also unapologetic and unprofessional. I think the latter may have actually pissed me off more. After my frustrating experience, I spent a lot of time researching for a better property manager. After interviewing Kendra, I decided to switch to Chambers, and the difference has been unimaginable. Kendra and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely make me feel valued as a client. Kendra's communication is excellent, she's quick to respond and always keeps me informed. The level of service she provides has given me peace of mind, something I desperately needed. I also appreciate having Chambers PM, specifically Kendra, to serve as a resource. My other properties are in Oakland and Walnut Creek, which is currently out of their service area, so I self-manage those rentals. And any time I have question about landlording or just need a second set of eyes on a tenant application, Kendra is willing to offer her expert advice, even though those properties aren't being managed by Chambers (yet! when/if they come to the Bay, those properties will be managed by Chambers.) My tenants are also much happier now. Kendra doesn't waste any time finding reliable tenants to fill vacancies whenever I may have one and her attention to detail has made property ownership stress-free. I feel very comfortable reaching out to her whenever any issues arise because I know she'll handle them promptly and effectively. The Chambers' team are a wonderful group who are truly engaged with their clients. Kendra's informative, has great communication skills, and goes above and beyond for her customers. She actually cares about her tenants and always answers the phone or calls back right away. If I could give more stars, I would! They have pest control but I've lived here three months and have called pest control three times and the issue still exists. You even see the water bugs dead outside your front door often. Waking up to use the restroom in the middle of the night to see big bugs on your floor or in your cabinets is not comfortable. No matter what I do, these bugs are showing up everyday. You also have to pay for pest control now. If you don't care about bugs you'll be fine. The appliances in the kitchen are old for these being luxury apartments. The gym is old and lacks equipment. Maintenance is very fast and office always answers calls. For the people saying the office people are never here, it's because they are at the sister property across the street but you can always go there or call. The units are also spacious and garages are a good size.

If you're familiar with Fresno, I'm probably headed Dominion Heights at Champlain and Perrin. $990 for a 1x1 in NE Fresno.They're updated, similarly sized, and same amenities. The communication from the leasing office at Northbrook is pretty much nonexistent. You can call,…read moreyou can text, you can email, you can message from the portal and even show up and the office if you're lucky that someone is there, and little to nothing. That's where I can start off at. I was going to write a huge review on the status of our unit upon move in, but I'd rather provide photos and let them speak for themselves. The unit was filthy. There's an ant, spider and worst of all stray cat problem here. The first week of move in, we had stray cats spray on our patio and patio door, which had the whole unit smell like cat urine until we found the source and spent hours scrubbing it. The cats still visit the patio each night and continue to sleep and urinate around the unit each day. We reached out to maintenance about some of the issues with the unit that we were unable to clean on our own. One of them being the mold and mildew they painted over on the restroom ceiling leaving massive bumps poking out of the ceiling. Once the maintenance individual showed up he said "yeah they always paint over everything like that". And proceeded to spray paint over it some more. I asked about the vents that had massive amounts of dirt and dust that were painted over as well, he said "oh you can just unscrew those and they come off." And of course left those as is also. Other than finding a bullet in one of the parking lots on the first night moving in, the parking isn't bad. You're provided a stall even if it's across the property, but there's also empty stalls and the street to park on that's close by. Theres some type of prepaid system that the laundry facilities use on the property but we don't know too much about that because it wasn't explained to us by management. There's also mailboxes nearby somewhere but we don't know much about that either because management neglected to show us where they're at as well as failed to give us a mailbox key. So far, the complex has been pretty quiet besides the homeless that ride their bikes all throughout during the day and night and a few loud couples arguing here and there. Also, we have to be very mindful of the added fees they slap on top of the rent. Some things we never signed up for and had to find the corporate number to try and figure out what they were. I have so many praises for an employee from a sister property that was so responsive and so helpful. Unfortunately that's another property and not this one. This has only been month one so updates will be provided as they come.

Recently moved in here and so far, so good! :D As a brand new apartment complex (as in they *just*…read morestarted taking residents last year and our unit has never been lived in by anybody but us!), they are GORGEOUS and definitely have that "new/modern" feeling/look. Hardwood floors everywhere except the bedrooms, dimmable overhead lighting and ceiling fans in every major room, huge patio on every apartment, lots of storage space, covered garages, plenty of guest parking, great amenities (pool, fitness center, lots of grass for frolicking), and an incredibly competent and friendly staff. They're managed by Manco Abbot, which is pretty much the best apartment management company in the central valley. As a Manco property, they stand by the "Customer Service Guarantee" that all work requests get done within 24 hours, and if you're unhappy with your apartment, you can break your lease and leave before the 30 day mark with no penalty. (I mean, you won't... but you could.) ;] They still have units available, but so far it's a good mix of young and old, singles, couples, and families, and is a nice, quiet, safe little community just minutes away from great Fresno restaurants, shopping, Target, Trader Joe's, Woodward Park, etc... and is in a Clovis school district! I mean, really? What more could you need? :] 4 stars for now since we haven't lived here too long, but it *definitely* has the potential to be a 5-star place and will get the upgrade it deserves if time does the telling! (Which, based on how awesome the facility and staff have been so far, I am quite confident it will!)
