A TON COULD IMPROVE. Still nothing has been done since writing this review. PGE bill runs over $500/month now. Carpet is ten time worse. Faucets leak. Kitchen cabinets falling apart. The apt is not worth what we are paying. If they would do the things we have asked it MAY be worth more. Thing is, the location has always worked for us. Plus, we are good tenants. Never a peep out of us. We have decent neighbors next door but not downstairs right now. It IS pretty ghettoish. Right by the railroad tracks and packages have been stolen a few times. read more

I'm actually pretty sure I can sue them over discriminating and denying our application ‍way beyond unprofessional and irritating . DO NOT RENT HERE. Ive been living in these apartments for 3-4 years and they havent done anything about cars being broken into. My car has been broken into twice and I was told that its not there responsibility even though its a gated community. The management is bad. Had our first apartment and home at this place. Wasn't there for more than 2 years as we believe it WASN'T worth it. Interiors are very outdated, price is insane for a 2 bedroom. Almost 1700$ with no washer and dryer hookups! Multiple break-in's into neighbors vehicles during my 2 year stay INSIDE the complex. Save your money and invest else where while you can. read more

I Absolutely love living here at Bridgewood North. It's a nice community end very quiet. Management is Awesome if there is ever an issue they address it at once. Management also has community spirit they try and have something every other month for the tenants. Today they had a carnival they had food and games and prices and it was a great way to meet other people who also lives here. Great place to live. read more

I've lived here for years. The washing machine has never worked correctly. It turns on sprays water and drains but doesnt clean, Ive been complaining about it for 5 years and it has never been replaced. The carpets have never been replaced and were old when I moved in. a little nitpicky here but the towel hanger was broken BEFORE I moved in, they never bothered to fix it. Noticing a trend? they do the bare legal minimum, so just expect that. ***Big reason I'm writing this, I got notice that they're increasing the rent 6% no year long contract to set price. Its the single largest rent increase I've experienced since living here, and during a pandemic. Shameful and disgusting. *** You'd think they could at least replace faulty equipment, but they don't. Its a great area, but Royal T management could care less about people, its a money farm. read more

Bridgewood North is a great apartment complex for the price and location. I've lived here for almost two years and I've never had a rent increase. Very clean community, friendly residents. Our carport cover was damaged last week due to a tree falling nearby. The carport was fixed in a very timely manner. Amelia and the staff are easy to work with and always available to help. I have lived here almost four years even though the office is great. They fix things most of the time right away. They're just not able to do anything about my Noisy Neighbor. I have deal with her noisy dog that barks all day and all night and the cigarette smoke it comes into my apartment from her smoking on the patio is terrible on the smell is horrible. If you're not a smoker you understand how terrible it is. But like the office said there is not much they can do about it they said they would talk to her. I believe they did because she has started smoking more than before and I believe it is to bothering us. I have asked to move to a different unit but that is not a option. I have been told they will let me know when a downstairs unit is available but they don't. I hope by writing this review that they don't feel like giving me a 30 day like one of the other reviews that I read for just voicing my. read more

Very poor management when filling out paper work to move in both managers Amy and Danielle are giving two different prices on the apartments one is saying 1440 and the other is asking 1380. I was interested in getting a garage one manager is asking 85 for it and other manager sayin 65 I think they should have a sit down with each other and get on the same page with each other read more

1: The management is awful, they won't help you unless you have money in your hands. The manager, Amelia, will never honor her word. 2: The apartments are old, moldy, infested with roaches and gnats, and there's no insulation in the walls. 3: Neighbors are people who've stayed because they have no where else to go. This one woman paces the drive way and touches the cars. 911 has been called countless times for her mental state. I moved out because it isn't family friendly. First office management is strightup rude, I've seen her name mentioned a few times her en reviews, AMELIA IS RUDE. Do not trust her! Bummer cause I liked the location I suppose. Some cockroaches found dead in random places and a wasp nest outside on the porch, but lived there for about 2 years and everything was smooth.. and that's when things went downhill. There was a domestic violence case involving a kid and her baby daddy and the apartments didn't do much. Then later that night there was a SHOOTING right outside my window, same guy living next door. Police came out, but the office didn't make it that big of a deal. This guy was wanted for arrested, but they disappeared. They need to do better background checks. Anyways, HERES WHERE THINGS GET EXTRA MESSY, I decide to move out, but my roommate didn't at the time. Since my parents were the co signers I talked to AMELIA at the office, and she had me and my mom come in and sign a 30 day document releasing me from contract and my mom from being the cosigner. Long story short, Amelia basically made up that bs document - which I watched her put it in the file and scan - because 3 months later, my parents get a bill saying rent hasn't been paid all summer and they are the cosigners and are responsible and will have their attorney contact us, even though I didn't live there all summer. But they shouldn't have been the responsible part. Amelia handled this INCREDIBLY RUDELY!!! She refused to give me and my parents any information about whether or not rent money was being paid and she just goes to both me and my mom "oh well you signed the 30 day notice so I can't give you any information." She was so incredible rude or as my mom said a "total bitch" (and my mom does not cuss or call names ever). Also knew a previous tenent that said Amelia is a "bitch and was rude." Anyways management (cough AMELIA) is rude and totally unprofessional. ALSO she supposedly flirted with my other roomates and let them get away with whatever they wanted. She should be fired for special treatment alone. Now I'm 1,500 in debt because this bitch gave us the wrong information or just plain ignored us. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU DON'T WAN TO DEAL WITH AMELIA. She will make up documents and is just an all around young, stupid, and did I mention rude office manager. read more

I do not usually do reviews but I felt that I really needed to share my experience with Bridgewood North and the management. I recently moved from these apartments to help someone else with their house. I absolutely loved this place. It is super quiet and no one bothers you. The apartment itself was not particularly big or extravagent but it was in a great area and very close to work, such that I could walk. The apartments are well maintained and the area is clean with lots of families and children living there. The people in general were polite and they did not seem to be super nosy. We had absolutly no problem with pests, barring the occasional fly when we left the back patio door open. Happily, it seemed that not many neighbors were smokers and there was rarely, if ever, a party. It was generally a quiet and peaceful place; which is great if like me you play classical guitar and also do recordings from home. There were never solicitors around, not even the proselytizing type. Rent was low for the area, which was great. I stayed 2 years snd had no real issues. We had a refridgerater die and the NEXT day Amelia had a brand new one put in. Anytime my partner or myself felt that there was an issue we were treated great by the ladies in the office. Sometimes they really went above and beyond to help us. Complaints were really well recieved and we never felt that we were intruding or not taken seriously. Amelia and Cynthia both really seemed to care a lot. When my partner and I went to put in our 30 days notice they both were very sad. Though we were not in the office often and not usually around for more than a few words they genuinely seemed to like us and were sorry to see us go. We were sad to go, perhaps we could come back someday. read more

I recently moved my dad into these apartments. The staff, especially Brandy , is so helpful and considerate. Brandy has the most wonderful personality and you can tell she sincerely cares. When I first inquired about an apartment there were none available. Brandy was amazing with her follow up and letting me know as soon as one was coming available. This place is perfect for my dad and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe, well taken care of community. read more

Rude girls working here. Never really got their name... it might be Amelia and brandy. Was able to tolerate this place because we never really needed anything from them. Everyone was nice but after the lease was signed, they never say hello or thank you any time we dropped by. They seriously went through multiple staff with the time I've been here (2 years). What does that tell you? Yeah, management suck. There were red cockroaches the day we moved in. Ewww. There are the huge thumb size cockroaches in the laundry room so be careful not to bring any back with you to your apartment. Decided not to sign another lease with them because every year rent increases by a lot and we have one of the oldest room here. Asked them multiple times if they needed anything else from me before we leave and they kept saying no. I should have left it at that, but I felt something isn't right so I asked them again 4 more times and finally they told me I needed to sign my notice of leave. Wow. Took someone else to remind them of their job? Also, they open 8-6. What if some people work exactly that time frame too? I need to sign my leave, and I was literally down the street when I called them to see if they can stay open until 6:02pm (seriously no joke... just 2 more minutes afterward so I can sign that leave), and Brandi said no I can come back tomorrow. What kind of customer service is that? Luckily, I made it right when they literally was about to flip the sign from open to close. Yeah, I got there on time. No hellos and no good nights. Lol. Yeah, pretty okay place too live but just don't expect to much. Also, if you libe upstair, your pge is going to sky rocket in the summer (even if you barely use your ac), and you may occassionally step on dog poo and kill a good share of snails. Also, the bath tub squeaks a lot and sinks get stain easily (even if you hardly ever use it). Yeah, this place needs a major upgrade. And I feel that they are going to use all of my deposit money for every little thing that have been years of problems before I moved in (which I paid double the normal deposit). Lol. Yeah, I'm never going to see that deposit again. Just another place trying to hustle some money. read more

I lived in Bridgewood North from 2008 - 2010. Over all I liked living here. The property manager was great my apartment was right next to hers. when I first moved in I had an issue with my upstairs neighbor slamming his weights or something really loud late at night and called security in him she would follow up with me. When he called Security on me for no reason in retaliation (security woke me out of a dead sleep) she asked her son to confirm that he didn't hear anything as our rooms were right next to each other. Once he was gone I had no issues. Property was clean, well kept, hidden in a nice neighborhood and over all pretty quiet. Only downside is its proximity to the railroad tracks. First night scared me half to death (first time living alone in a new city). Rent was very reasonable at the time. I would definitely live here again if I ever moved back. They were even nice enough to kill a spider for me lol read more

Havent lived here long. The day I moved in was the same day I got to view the apartment & the master shower had a big crack in it & was unusable & I called numerous times to have it fixed when it should if been fixed before I even moved in. Didnt get fixed until my 3rd month living here & at least they replaced the whole shower because the crack at the bottom was over a foot deep! Some doors and drawers in the house wouldn't open let alone stay locked. That didn't get fixed until a month after moving in! Then first day saw a roach in the shower & they came and sprayed 2 weeks later! Also I discovered bed bugs within 2 weeks of living here & there excuse was maybe I bought used furniture which I have NEVER bought used furniture! The ridX people told me these bed bugs have been here in the walls such as outlets! Or under the carpet! Took a total of almost 3 months to get rid of the bed bugs & they came out to.spray about 4 times! Management will not always be on top of things unless you call and bug them..better off going to the office in person! They are nice people but nice don't cut the problems that are wrong in these apartments. Also had to get a new dishwasher less than a month after moving because the one that was in here broke down! I only have 2 stars because rent is priced well along with deposit &was easy to move in..fast & easy process that took bout 2 days & it's a spacious place! But otherwise the daily dead crickets that come in my house & die are nasty as fuck! Also the little frogs that can fit under your front door that get in.the house and die also along with all the other creatures are not cool to live with! read more
