I made arrangements with Mission, at a reasonable price for pickup and drop off at FedEx. Upon arrival the front desk attendant all of a sudden knew nothing of the tablet. She didn't take no for an answer, she called me to confirm, which I did and insisted they look for the item. They found the item. The point is when other courier services would have just turned around and said "they didn't have it," Linda advocated for me and persisted, she even waited for them to look for it. Great job Linda and Mission Couriers!!!

I took off a star for that. I wish companies would use human, in-country representatives. When I finally reached a human on the phone, the lady was friendly, professional and had my pickup/delivery set up in no time. Because it was kind of a one-time deal, the price was a little steep, I assume, but not unreasonable. At that point, I was just happy to get my dog's insulin picked up at the veterinarian in Boerne and delivered to me. The driver was fantastic! She was so polite and friendly. We then had to deal with TJ. TJ harassed us, calling back to back if I didn't pick up and ignoring our texts asking that he just please text us. When we picked up TJ sounded high, and even referred to me as "dude", while calling me repeatedly despite me declining the call, making think we had an emergency with one of our customers. The owner Heath is trying to come up with excuses, but wasn't on the call. Nobody yelled at TJ. We told TJ to stop calling us repeatedly if we didn't pick up like a jilted ex girlfriend, and to please text us instead. Also, we had signed up for autopay and get about 3,000 emails a day. TJ was especially rude, condescending, and just about the worst person we have ever had to deal with. The fact that Heath is okay with it is telling. Attaching phone records as proof since Heath wants to lie and claim TJ only called us once today.

In the short time I was behind them, I also watched the driver cut off several other vehicles. Your employees represent your business even when they're behind the wheel. Driving a company vehicle reflects directly on your company, and this kind of dangerous behavior leaves a terrible first impression. I don't care how good your service may be--if your employees are willing to put other drivers at risk, that's not a company I want to support. If you're driving a company vehicle, you're representing that business. This driver's repeated behavior reflects poorly on the company, and I hope it's addressed before someone gets hurt.

It is a really small UPS Store being 'inside' a small pharmacy. They only had one employee working the counter and since it is so small it may never have more than one, even on a very busy day like the day after Christmas. Even with only one person things weren't slow if all you have is an Amazon return. They had a ton of boxes for return and were running out of room. So if you go be prepared to wait a little due to staffing. I can't speak for the shipping costs as all we had was a return. Glad to have this little store in the neighborhood for our Amazon returns.
