0 Stars would be better. This is for Greyhound Service in general. But beware if you are trying to get your UT Tyler student to Dallas for a flight! His ticket was cancelled without us being notified until he was at the bus station. No help was given on how to get him to the airport. Very stressful and completely unacceptable. We were told the bus was late at first and to have him wait; then we were told it had been cancelled. Ridiculous and unreliable! read more

Booked a ticket last night from Tyler to Austin for $66 leaving Tyler at 9:35am and arriving in Austin at 3:50pm. When I went to pay a message comes up and says that my payment couldn't be processed. So when I backed out of the payment screen to understand what was going on the payment went up $77. Frustrated because there is no other solution to return to Austin I went on to book it at $77. So when I arrived at what I thought was a Greyhound station, it was a gas station with a little booth inside to book rides. The bus arrives and the driver says we are full and I can only fit 2 of your 4 riders on and takes 2 and says sir you'll have to catch the 2:30pm bus. Even more frustrated I call the complaint line and he says it won't be until another 24hrs. before we can be sure that you weren't able to get on the bus. I responded and said sir you have an worker here that can confirm it and he said that it only can be resolved by me waiting 24hrs and then calling back for a resolution. So now I'm having to catch a later bus that picks me up near the time I should've been arriving in Austin. I don't care if I receive a full refund, I'll never ever ride Greyhound ever again. Won't recommend or even mention that it's an option because Greyhound has been in service too long to not have any kind of notification alerting you when a bus is full. First of all,customer service associates of Tyler Greyhound bus are usually very rude and don't like to listen to customers. They have the attitude that really disgust and this makes customers not to be happy with services offered.For example,forcing customers to buy tickets at the front desk.If you don't buy one from them and you come with online purchased ticket then you will always be the last one to enter the bus or even not get a chance to get to the bus.Next,they will always sell you a ticket then tell you that the bus is full and you have to wait for the next bus .This makes customers be in a tight situation.( They don't ask or give you an option of choosing to use the next bus or not.) After they mess you up,they say that the tickets are none refundable and they go as far as telling you to either take it or leave it.In particular the "Hispanic customer service representatives are so rude ." I can't tell their name but if I were to describe them .......They then bounce and *** giving a bad look after harassing customers.Never do they ever say they are sorry. I understand sometimes the bus might be late but there is a professional way of communicating to the customers.The Hispanic guys have gone as far as making a customer swipe a payment when a customer is not willing to.That's very bad.I wish there was a surveillance camera that shows how they operate or one of the days they get an undercover boss.If I were to continue writing,I will not finish but they seriously need to change .Customers suffer a lot. (If they do have a surveillance camera i don't think it works as required.), IF ONLY AN UNDERCOVER BOSS CAN CHECK OUT WHAT HAPPENS HERE, THEN A BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS WILL APPRECIATE.TOO MUCH MONOPOLY SERVICES!!!!! read more
