The limos are old and worn out that I have ridden in so buyer beware! I can't say I would rely on them with a tight schedule!

Well, at the last minute (May 5th) I started thinking how I didn't want her actual birthday to go unnoticed, even though the weekend was to celebrate her birthday. I mean 16 is an official "milestone"! So, me being who I am, wanted to do something special & thought about surprising her (yes, I'm big on surprises) with a limo ride for her & her friends along with dinner. Let me say this, we are from Wisconsin & moved to the DFW area of Texas; however, I uprooted my daughter to move to Tyler for a job opportunity and wow it is way different! I'm still in shock at the limited availability of EVERYTHING in Tyler. So I asked a few 'trusted' sources about booking a limo (after I found the lack of options on the internet). Midnight Express is the referral I received continuously. Going back to the internet, I wasn't 'over the top' about the fleet options available so I check with another 'trusted' source. While waiting on a response, I again 'googled', limo services in Tyler, TX. That search returned the same results and also had "reviews" attached. Of course, I needed to read those reviews and they were, let's just say, consistently well below satisfactory. I was concerned and running out of time. I could not allow my daughter's 16th birthday to go unnoticed. On Wednesday, May 6th, I called a friend that I know "knew me & how I am", for help. She made a call and surprisingly, it was Josh Anderson! Needless to say I was extremely skeptical! The reviews didn't sit well with me at all; however, I was approaching the "finish line" & didn't have a limo booked. I spoke with Josh & advised him the reviews I'd read and my concerns. I couldn't afford to disappoint nor embarrass my daughter. Josh was very professional in addressing the reviews, as well as, my concerns! He went on to empathize with the customers who'd posted 'not so positive' reviews. He displayed genuine concern for the previous customers/reviews and gave me assurance regarding the dependability of his company, as well as, the luxuriousness of his fleet. Because of his professionalism and the fact he took the time to "actively" listen, I booked with his service. Josh provided me with the name and phone number of the driver for my assurance. I must be honest, I was still skeptical, nervous and concerned although reservations were made & confirmed. Still concerned...Because I'm still a bit nervous on Thursday, I decided to confirm the confirmation and without I received confirmation of the confirmation. I say all of this to point out the Exceptional Customer Service I received from Josh and it didn't end there. I received an "en route" call from the driver. He provided courteous and professional service. I have to add in "patient" because dealing with a group of teenage giggly girls and loud boys in one vehicle would've been my breaking point, LOL. My daughter was surprised and extremely happy, which made me all the more satisfied! I even received a follow-up call! I will say without any doubt, I RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS, AN EXCEPTIONAL OVERALL EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU, JOSH! Exceptional customer service involves exceeding customer expectations, where the standards and level of service received exceed what the customer could reasonably define as normal or expected. A customer will speak/write/type of a "bad" customer experience before speaking/writing/typing of a "good" customer experience. This topic has been researched, studied, customers have been surveyed & the truth is "Twice as many people tell others about bad service than good".

**BUYER BEWARE***…read more Joshua H. Anderson, a.k.a. "J.H. Anderson Enterprises, Midnight Express Limousine Service, Prestige Limousine Service," is associating addresses with his "imaginary" business. We discovered this after Mr. Anderson, decided to deliberately downgrade our business agreement of the extended Cadillac Escalade, 20 plus passenger limousine on the most IMPORTANT day of our lives, OUR WEDDING! After calling each number listed for all of his addresses on his websites and on the BBB, it was discovered one was a hotel, one the number for a tax accountant, and the other for a church. All of this was discovered before filing a BBB complaint and contacting local media. Now let's begin with my encounter with Mr. Anderson and his ***FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES*** On June 30, 2014, I called Prestige Limousine at the Tyler, Texas. The location where I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Josh Anderson. He informed me that he was the owner of this company and would be able to help me with my limousine needs. I proceeded to ask him if they had a 20+ passenger limousine in which he responded that they had various extended limousines, ranging from Lincoln Navigators, Cadillac Escalades, and Hummers as well just to name a few. Since, this was for our wedding, and I wanted for us to ride in class, I opted for the extended Cadillac Escalade that seated 20+ passengers for my fiance's grandmother and bridal party. Mr. Anderson, was quick to take our money without providing a contract even when he was asked numerous times. After, my fiance begged him for something in writing he faxed the receipt and we never received a contract. He was very polite, and sounded very trusting. Assuring us a wonderful day! Now on to our wedding day disaster--as my bride is putting on her make up, the rude limo driver who said he never heard of Josh Anderson, yelled at my now wife for a physical address, and was looking for the quinciera!! At the time he called, he was 15 minutes late for pick up, and had the pick up time wrong! We had provided our physical address numerous times with pictures of our driveway and the house. The limo arrived and to our surprise it was not an Escalade, but appeared to be a late 1990's or possible early 2000 model Lincoln Town car limo. That was definitely not worth the almost $1000.00 we were charged for 4 hours. We specifically requested for the limo to be extremely COLD, as we had an 85 y/o passenger, a bridal party, and a bride in a dress. Not only was it FILTHY, but the temperature in the limo was felt to be in the 90's as the whole wedding party was sweating all the way to the church. As the mother of the bride exited the limo, a mysterious oily, black substance was on the handle of the limo as well as the seats. There was also what appeared to be a vomit stain on the seat belt. As she looked down to go to the church, her $400.00 dress was stained with grease. We have yet to be reimbursed for this as well. As we were standing as a glowing family post-wedding, we were interrupted by an alert from the wedding party stating the driver outside was waiting for his tip and he wouldn't leave until he received it. Here again, Josh Anderson failed as a business man. The bride and myself have been in the service industry for many years. Upon negotiating, we specifically asked if we were to cover the tip or if he would be covering the tip. Mr. Anderson told us he would be sure to give the driver his tip out of our total. My father-in-law had to leave family pictures at least three times to tell the driver to call Josh (who he had never heard of). While watching sea-shells wash up on the sea shore, on my honeymoon, I had to deal with Josh Anderson and his empty promises to return my money within 48 hours, then it became one week, then it was lets have a meeting and please do not post anything bad about me and you will have it in 5 days. WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR REFUND and still until this day we still haven't received a refund. It is so sad we didn't see the other reviews of other disgruntled customers. Our mission is to spread the word about this business so other people do not have to go through what we went through on the most special day of our lives. How can someone take the money of people, knowing these are the most special of days in their lives, days they have SAVED their hard earned money, with no care at all? It baffles me to know that there are people in the world that just don't care. Our expectation was to get what we paid for. To see that shiny, beautiful limo that we saved for, to be waiting to pick up my beautiful 85 year old grandmother to deliver her to the church to witness the best day of her granddaughter's life. Our suggestion is to never hire Josh H. Anderson, a.k.a. J.H. Anderson Enterprise, Prestige Limousine Service, or Midnight Express Limo Service, if you want a pleasant experience.
