The man who answered cut me off mid-sentence, rudely asked, "Who is this again?!", then abruptly said, "We're not taking new customers," and hung up without even waiting for a response. It was totally unprofessional. It was a surprisingly rude and dismissive interaction, especially for a professional office. While I understand they may not be taking on new clients, there are certainly more respectful and courteous ways to communicate this information.
