No contract was signed. Feeling uneasy about his pushy behavior and inconsistencies, I canceled the project on November 14, 2024, before any work began. Despite this, the contractor has ignored all communication and unlawfully kept my deposit ($2,001.80) and flooring sample materials (valued at $107.06 per box). This behavior is unethical and unlawful--amounting to theft or conversion. I strongly warn others: avoid Emilio Flooring Solutions LLC/ Emilio Flooring Tyler / Emilio Flooring DFW / Emilio Flooring North East / Emilio Flooring Tyler.
