In February 2025, we noticed we were still being billed even though no pick-up services were being provided. It turns out the pooper scooper was reporting visits that never actually happened. After we caught it, they offered three free months of service to make up for it. Then in September, more unexplained billing changes occurred. At that point, we decided to cancel because we no longer trusted the accuracy of their charges. Magic Unicorn told us they would issue a refund -- but they never did. Since then, they've stopped responding to emails and won't answer the phone. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Anyways before I acquired the services of Pappy The pooper Scooper, our backyard, pool deck & veranda smelled of dog urine and poop. As we have 3 dogs. One that was basically rescued from my father several months ago. She was accustomed to peeing pooping on a patio deck. Was not accustomed to stairs and is fearful of , which we have that leads down to the dog run yard area. We started off with two days a week and then decided to go to every other day with Pappy's services. Our backyard doesn't smell anymore. And it's always welcoming of guests company The night before Pappy arrives we get a text that states around what time they will arrive. I get another text saying on the way another saying they've arrived. And another saying they've left and they take a photo of the gates being closed. We've had our dogs meet each Pappy 1,2& 3 . If our German Shepherd gives the Ok, then we know a person is cool kosher safe. Our GS loves his Pappys'. After all that, using Pappy the pooper scooper has taken a load off of me.
