The day he was scheduled to come it was raining, and we had planned to take my 90 sq foot area rug outside for him to thoroughly deep clean/pet treat it. Instead of canceling due to the weather like most, he offered to come get the rug and take it home to his shop in Lindale and complete the job. They said they could use the carpet from a closet and use it to patch the damaged area and replace the closet carpet with something similar. An unfortunate event unfolded where Tom couldn't make it to the scheduled time and he then referred me to his worker, Matthew. I got in touch with Matthew and they came over to check the carpet. I asked them how much it would cost and he told me what Tom quoted me for and I asked if we can go $150 since the job is so small. Matthew agreed but couldn't do the repair immediately since we needed replacement carpet for the closet. He left and said he would be in contact. A few days went by but I haven't heard from him. I sent him a message for a follow up but never heard from him again. Overall, I felt though the customer service was lacking. This happened over ~2.5 week period. I had to do all the initiation in calling them and trying to get on their schedule. I'm sure they do good work but they ghosted me.
