This was the one dog chore I continue to be glad I outsourced. A technician comes out to my house once a week (but you can opt for more days), on the same day each week. They're so reliable and I've never had any problems. I just get a text just before service starts, which gives me time to bring my dog in if I'm home, and then another text when the service ends showing they closed the gate. The technician also leaves a dog biscuit for my dog when they leave (they ask you if it's ok when you sign up). My dog looks forward to retrieving her dog treat each week and I enjoy the poop free yard. Thanks Scoop Masters!

Their prices are very good, and they actually suggested I change to a cheaper option because it fit my needs better. They are incredibly good with my dogs, one of which was rejected from another doggy daycare and another who is terribly skittish. They were recommended by my vet, Dr. Ben with ReadiVet, so that made me feel much more confident in giving them a try. Thus far, they have taken my irresponsibly last minute requests too :) I don't feel like they judge my messy house or my naughty dogs. They even clean up accidents. I'm incredibly grateful to not come home to smelly dogs as they would from a kennel/doggy daycare and to not have messes to clean up. Please check them out. I couldn't feel more lucky to have found them.

We ADORE Wendy and the Good Day team! After years of failed pet sitting check ins for our cats…read more(both in and outside of Texas) we finally found a company we can trust. In fact, we hired another local company for a few check ins prior to Good Day and we spent our week contacting that company to get an update on our cats! I was so frustrated and booked Good Day last minute to finish the visits while we were out of town and they were empathetic to our situation and squeezed us in to their schedule. So grateful! The team provides the best updates! They always send photos and very cute and detailed messages with every visit - we actually look forward to their updates because they make us laugh and feel comforted our cats are in good care. They are never generic updates, it's always very unique to our cats' personalities and that specific visit. We have also used Good Day for dog walking and even took advantage of their afternoon hike - Wendy came by to pick up our dog Manny and sent us an entire album of photos from their hike together! It's a really special way to get some one on one time instead of sending your pup to daycare for the day! Scheduling is SO easy and they are affordable/on par with other pet sitting companies. We absolutely adore this team and highly recommend them.

We've been using DFW Pet Sitting for a little over a year, and our regular sitter (Pat) has done a…read morefantastic job with both walks/drop-in visits and overnight stays. She's sat for our two dogs for quick weekend trips all the way up to a 12-day trip when we were in Europe. We have a Nest cam and one of my favorite things to do is see how excited our girls get when Pat shows up. We even had Pat come by to walk them on Saturdays during our heavy marathon training...you know, those days when you run 17 miles and just can't bear to walk another mile with your dogs...ha ha. After many AWFUL experiences with Rover, we decided we were "getting what we paid for" and decided to try a company with actual paid employees and corporate guidelines. Not every sitter is right for every client (that's why the meet & greet is so critical), and not every sitter is a good fit for the company. I believe feedback is VERY important, but I also believe that one bad apple doesn't necessarily reflect the entire company. We've used three sitters with DFW Pet Sitting, and only one gave me pause...and I provided that feedback to management. Everyone has always been super-responsive with us, and we're just very happy customers. Definitely recommend!

We were preparing to embark on a short 4-day trip but it would be the first time we had ever left our dogs behind and I was very nervous about finding a sitter/company that was a good fit for us. From day 1, VIP impressed me with their level of communication and organization. Their online client portal is easy to navigate and great for checking your schedule, pets info, etc. Nancy, their Director of Client Relations, is incredibly detail oriented, great at follow up, and actually does what she says she will do (a rarity in this day and age!). Our assigned sitter, Amber, took amazingly good care of our pups. Her communication was stellar and I felt the entire time that it wasn't "just a sitter" there watching our pups, it felt like a family member was taking care of them. I truly felt like she treated them like her own and couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're searching for a pet sitter I HIGHLY recommend VIP. You will not be disappointed.
