From the moment he arrived, it was clear how knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated he is--not just to grooming, but to making both you and your pet feel completely at ease. He took such great care of my cat, and the level of attention, patience, and love he showed was unmatched. Roger goes above and beyond--he even sends updates throughout the appointment, which gave me so much peace of mind. I've used other mobile grooming services before that charged twice as much and didn't come close to the thorough and thoughtful experience Roger provides. The difference is night and day. The outcome of my cat's grooming was absolutely perfect, and I couldn't be happier. Roger is hands down the best, and I can't recommend him highly enough. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your pet and delivers exceptional service, look no further. Thank you, Roger!
