Well, at the last minute (May 5th) I started thinking how I didn't want her actual birthday to go unnoticed, even though the weekend was to celebrate her birthday. I mean 16 is an official "milestone"! So, me being who I am, wanted to do something special & thought about surprising her (yes, I'm big on surprises) with a limo ride for her & her friends along with dinner. Let me say this, we are from Wisconsin & moved to the DFW area of Texas; however, I uprooted my daughter to move to Tyler for a job opportunity and wow it is way different! I'm still in shock at the limited availability of EVERYTHING in Tyler. So I asked a few 'trusted' sources about booking a limo (after I found the lack of options on the internet). Midnight Express is the referral I received continuously. Going back to the internet, I wasn't 'over the top' about the fleet options available so I check with another 'trusted' source. While waiting on a response, I again 'googled', limo services in Tyler, TX. That search returned the same results and also had "reviews" attached. Of course, I needed to read those reviews and they were, let's just say, consistently well below satisfactory. I was concerned and running out of time. I could not allow my daughter's 16th birthday to go unnoticed. On Wednesday, May 6th, I called a friend that I know "knew me & how I am", for help. She made a call and surprisingly, it was Josh Anderson! Needless to say I was extremely skeptical! The reviews didn't sit well with me at all; however, I was approaching the "finish line" & didn't have a limo booked. I spoke with Josh & advised him the reviews I'd read and my concerns. I couldn't afford to disappoint nor embarrass my daughter. Josh was very professional in addressing the reviews, as well as, my concerns! He went on to empathize with the customers who'd posted 'not so positive' reviews. He displayed genuine concern for the previous customers/reviews and gave me assurance regarding the dependability of his company, as well as, the luxuriousness of his fleet. Because of his professionalism and the fact he took the time to "actively" listen, I booked with his service. Josh provided me with the name and phone number of the driver for my assurance. I must be honest, I was still skeptical, nervous and concerned although reservations were made & confirmed. Still concerned...Because I'm still a bit nervous on Thursday, I decided to confirm the confirmation and without I received confirmation of the confirmation. I say all of this to point out the Exceptional Customer Service I received from Josh and it didn't end there. I received an "en route" call from the driver. He provided courteous and professional service. I have to add in "patient" because dealing with a group of teenage giggly girls and loud boys in one vehicle would've been my breaking point, LOL. My daughter was surprised and extremely happy, which made me all the more satisfied! I even received a follow-up call! I will say without any doubt, I RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS, AN EXCEPTIONAL OVERALL EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU, JOSH! Exceptional customer service involves exceeding customer expectations, where the standards and level of service received exceed what the customer could reasonably define as normal or expected. A customer will speak/write/type of a "bad" customer experience before speaking/writing/typing of a "good" customer experience. This topic has been researched, studied, customers have been surveyed & the truth is "Twice as many people tell others about bad service than good".

They were supposed to pick up my bride drop off at the church, Wait, then drop the bridal party off at the reception to finish up. The driver once at the church tried to leave the church with the bridesmaids bags and what not in the car. Someone saw him and called so he stopped and came back. He then after the wedding in route to the reception went to the wrong location. I on my wedding day had to give my driver directions to my reception. no refreshments in the limo nothing.     I only gave this business one star due to the lack of a no-star or negative rating…read more I booked a limousine for my son's wedding on 4-9-18...the wedding was set for 5-5-18. I spoke with Ike directly and, when I made the reservation, asked him if I needed to call him closer to the date to check in. He told me no, that he had all the information he needed. I paid a $101.00 deposit by credit card on 4-9 and went back to wedding planning. The limo was supposed to be there at 9:00 pm on 5-5-18. It never showed. We called the company that night and they said they did not have a limousine scheduled for our destination at our contracted time. I later called the company number and left a voicemail for the office manager, who never returned any voicemail requests made during the weeks that followed, and there were several. I called Ike on his direct cell phone that night, and he said we never made it onto their calendar. I reminded him that I had spoken with him - he said he remembered our conversation - and that I had paid a deposit and that he had told me not to call to confirm closer to the contracted date. He said he would check with his office and have an answer for me on Monday, including a refund of my deposit. It took several weeks of my contacting him to get any conversations about my claim, and each time he said he would get the deposit refunded. It was not until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that he proactively called me and then processed the refund four days later, on 5-26-18. I try to be a patient and forgiving person, and if this had been handled in a more timely and professional manner, I might have accepted human error as the reason for my unfortunate experience. But the continued patter of disrespect and disregard for a wedding ruined by their oversight has led me to warn others about their services. Make certain that if you use Superior Limousine Service, you check with them the week before your event as well as that day. If you attempt to reach them, do not press 3 for the office manager, because I am not sure that one exists. Press 1 for pricing and reservations to get a real human on the line to answer your questions. Caveat emptor.
