So we call when it's time and they first say no one had called about the scheduling and then refused to do a round trip literally to the bank and back, all of a 7 minute drive, said customer is without a phone which is why we were trying to schedule the appointment, was met with no helpfulness and lots of attitude, would not sit outside the bank for 2 minutes so they could get a ride back to work, also refused to go thru the line so they wouldn't have to make an actual "stop" you couldn't pay me to use this company.
