Extremely rude and unprofessional. She wouldn't tell me her name, but told me I can't get a taxi because they're "understaffed". I politely asked her to at least put me on a wait list for the next available driver, and she snapped at me and said "you're not getting a ride today sir". Definitely using Uber or Lyft from now on. This company is a nightmare. Called for a taxi and was advised we would have one in thirty minutes. After thirty minutes, I called for an update only to be told it will be another 30-40 minutes. I advised the person on the phone that this delay pretty much trashed our evening because we missed our concert. She said, "That's cool." I then asked for a manager and her reply was that they are gone for the weekend. The taxi never showed up. read more

Not bad. Got to me within ten minutes of calling them (BJ's Restaurant and Brewery), took me back to my hotel. Much better than the bus - waited 40 minutes for a bus that required I walk about a third of the way to get picked up and then dropped off. Fare was reasonable, six bucks from the 323 Loop to El Grande on Broadway. Driver was a bit eclectic, and he drove slow to pick up extra fare - but it amounted to all of about fifty more cents, so be it. I like these guys, will use again -- I can go drink beer at BJ's and get home safely afterward. read more

Taxi drivers are awesome but the lady that answers the phone is unreasonably rude i call atleast 3 times a week no reason for an attitude

The receptionist answering the telephone was very difficult to understand. The cab arrived more than 30 minutes late to pick me up, making me very late for an appointment. They are also expensive for short trips especially when I arrived late. We need Uber in Tyler. Perhaps a little competition would help them improve their service. The cab drivers themselves are usually very nice and pleasant. They are just consistently late! read more

One if the worse. Set up day ahead and still 25 minutes late. You would think in a small town they could be anywhere in 10 to 15 minutes. Have called twice and keep saying 10 minutes. Driver just called and said he would be here in 10 minutes or so. Have monopoly so no choice read more
