So we call when it's time and they first say no one had called about the scheduling and then refused to do a round trip literally to the bank and back, all of a 7 minute drive, said customer is without a phone which is why we were trying to schedule the appointment, was met with no helpfulness and lots of attitude, would not sit outside the bank for 2 minutes so they could get a ride back to work, also refused to go thru the line so they wouldn't have to make an actual "stop" you couldn't pay me to use this company. I told the lady on the phone that this is some lousy customer service and the one star on Yelp must be accurate. Her response: "If you say so." The owner of the company Rebecca Percoti is a hard working mother of a little boy and she is a very pleasant person. We communicated before the trip and discussed all the details and I had confidence that on the day of my trip everything would run smoothly, and it did.
