Talked to a nice gentleman on the phone who got us a good deal on the Momentum RV, I didn't wanna purchase a camper because me and my wife never go camping this was just a family reunion, and it was totally worth the price. Wife hates the outdoors and loved just lazying in the RV while I was outside grilling and watching the game. Everything was setup perfectly with no issues, the RV had all of our wants + extra. In May we needed an RV dropped at the NASCAR races in Ft Worth. We originally went to RVShare. We were cancelled on 4 times - the last one was 1 week before the race!!! We had already bought our tickets. We had already paid for our Parking Spot our camping spot. I was furious!! So then we went to Outdoorsy - 2 people cancelled on us and then We got one that he said I'm so sorry y'all went through all this, don't worry I will not be canceling on you. I got you. I've never dropped an RV at the Texas Motor Speedway, but don't worry I got it. Well on Sunday night he was going through the rules to bring the RV in and I don't know what happened but he said he just couldn't do it. And he canceled on us!!! We had four days before we were leaving for the races. So then I found Triple w Rentals. Jaden had called me when we had already gotten the guy at Outdoorsy so I told him we didn't need him. He said if you do, here's my cell phone number. Call me. Well lo and behold The guy canceled on us so I called him back. Jaden called me back right away. He could not have been nicer. He was so. understanding of what we went through and how stressed I was. He was doing everything he could to let us know that we had nothing to worry about. They had an RV left that they could bring to the track. It wasn't the best one they had but it fit our four grandsons, my husband and I. They got there on Friday morning. Got everything set up. They were so kind. Randy was so nice and did not get bothered at all with my many many texts back-and-forth. Every time I got a call or a text from them, my heart just sank I was immediately thinking they're gonna cancel on this too. But they did not - they were so extremely helpful so extremely accommodating. Whenever we need an RV again, we are definitely coming back to Triple W. They will go anywhere and bring an RV to wherever you need it to be. If there's any problems at all, they are on it. They will get it fixed. Things happen they just do, but they were just so kind and accommodating. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this company is. With the other two places you are dependent on independent owners of these RV's and they can back out in a second as we found out over and over and over again. And we get charged for booking with them! Yes they charged as for the privilege of being canceled on.. But with Triple W they own so many RVs. They have plenty for everyone and you are not dependent on a personal owner. They have some beautiful, beautiful campers and RVs. Tell them Miss Lou sent you. read more

DO NOT RENT with them. While it is convenient to be at the horse park, you do not get what you are paying for. The RV's are dated and have not been kept up. Dirty and smelly. I had to repeatedly ask for items to be fixed: shower wouldn't drain, sink back flowed, needed towels(that didn't look like rags). When the tech came out, said it hadn't been setup right and the drain was badly backed up and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. What is worse, is that you are nickel and dimed for everything. Ryan, the new service rep was great, but everything else was horrible. If you break it down, you are paying for a 5-star experience and at best you are getting something worse than a shitty motel. The owner is a total sales rep and do everything to close the deal, but once you are there you get crappy response times and crappy customer service. read more

They are con artists. There was another guy waiting over an hour when I went to pick mine up. He left with no camper because no one would answer. They charged me over 300 for a generator and I was told to go find one in their storage. Every one was broken and wouldn't start. (I'm a mechanic and know how to operate them). There was no bedding on two beds and one had a missing mattress. I dealt with everything and didn't complain or give them a hard time yet the owner refuses to refund my 500 dollar deposit or refund the money from the generator. The manager agreed and said all this would be refunded and is now telling me to contact the owner who won't answer texts or calls. read more

I have used Triple W Rentals twice. Used them last year for a week. The experience was fine and we enjoyed the camper. But it took three weeks to get our security deposit back. This year I reached out to them saying I would like to rent a camper again but wanted assurance is that we would get our security deposit back quickly.I was assured we would have the deposit back in just a few days after returning. So I went ahead and gave them another shot. This time we had difficulties with the camper the sewer was backed up and we were four days off the grid with no bathroom because the sewer was stopped up in the toilet. I was assured we would have an adjustment on the cost of our rental. We our hours away so we had no other choice, but to just rough it. We returned the camper after using it. It has now been over two months. I cannot get a response from a phone call or a message. About getting a security deposit back or any type of adjustment in the price very disappointing. read more
