And they have a drop off option where I can drop the keys off on a weekend instead of paying for an extra day. With other rental companies, I have received an email the day before a trip telling me they don't have my vehicle and my whole trip is ruined or altered. This company fails to communicate clearly to both their customers and bus driver. A bus full of 55…read morefans and cheerleaders were eager to make it smoothly to a high school Friday night football game. However, an hour into the drive the bus broke down. We understood that things like this happen, but it was the process to solve the problem that was unacceptable. The 5 hour drive that shouldn't have been that bad turned out to be a whole day of waiting on some sort of action on the companies part. But they made 55 people wait 3 hours for an answer! We tried contacting them ourselves and was hung up on and just gave us the run around. Just poor customer service overall.

Went down stairs for breakfast the next morning and was told by a very rude argumentative associate that yall didnt serve breakfast and as I told her I booked online and it said breakfast served 6-9am and she proceeded to tell me that that wasn't possible..so I pulled it and showed her and then said oh well ill have to let my manager know because we stopped doing breakfast.. why? Then I mentioned the fire alarm and possible moving us down to first floor she said yeah the fire alarm was from a hot shower .. no its not.. husband and I are both retired fire service and the fire alarm in the hall doesn't go off from a steaming shower nice try told her whatever we will be leaving today ... also its end of June and the pool is out service for the season' which none of these were even mentioned on the website or ny booking apps for this hotel

To each on their own, we have our own opinion and experience. As for my experience at this hotel, it was satisfactory for a place to rest for the night as I had 13-14 hours worth of driving from KY. I was three hours from my destination; however, it was too dark outside to safely and comfortably return home. I picked this place as it was an hour away from when I was searching for the closest, decent hotels. The place is centrally located with a few restaurants and gas stations, and it is right next to a major highway to start your drive to your next destination quickly. There is no pet-free at this hotel (what a deal!), so if you have fur babies, they are more than welcome, but please make sure you don't leave your pets alone in the hotel room as they tend to be anxious and bark nonstop when left alone. My check-in process (I arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m.) was fast, and I got my hotel card in less than five minutes. The hotel room is spacious, clean, and tidy.
