if I could give this 0 stars I would! it is the WORST transit I've ever seen! since theres no regular buss schedule and they just plug in pickoffs it's offten that you will book a ride Thats supposedly 5 minutes away and end up waiting 30-1 hour! it's fucking rediculous! the busses are dirty, smelly, the new payment method doesn't work half the fucking time, and a lot of drivers dont use their map and drIve in fucking circles and I can't blame them bc their map system is ASS! read more

Tyler Transit is by far the worst public transportation system I have ever encountered. The buses are in very poor condition. The drivers are disrespectful and ignorant, and the buses are always late. I would not recommend this bus system to anyone. read more

I love riding the bus. You can get to where you are going and with the gas prices the way that they are now it's cheaper than driving your car. All of the bus driver are really nice, especially my father in law Stevie. If you don't really know the bus schedule or how to get to where you need to go they will be glad to help. I only wish that they had two buses going in either direction on every route like they do for the red and purple lines. They should run every 30 or 45 minutes not every hour and a half like they do now. read more

Tyler Transit is the worst bus system I have ever used. The drivers have no regard for service. The buses are always late and the service itself is completely unreliable. The buses are extremely old and inadequate. I would not recommend their service to anyone. read more

When I went in the people said that was the wrong address that I needed to be about three blocks away. I had a stroke and can't walk very good. A very nice lady waiting to see the doctor at the place where I was helped me by putting me in her car and taking me to the new address 3 blocks away. I was real unhappy about the way things happened that day.
