I do recommend, as this services helps you get around the shocking lack of Lyft/Uber/taxi services in the Lewiston-Pullman areas. Typical route stops incl Cascade, McCall & Grangeville... as there r minimal stops, the time is quite similar to driving. Notes on Booking/Accessibility: -u can book via Greyhound App, but I recommend using their dedicated website of: https://northwesternstagelines.com/ -then email & call them if u have physical or cognitive impairments that require u to need the front seat (please note bus steps r still rather steep so travel cane/travel assistant is helpful to bring if u r able. (I've travelled w/no help despite physical & cognitive limitations out of necessity... but I've fallen quite badly within the bus & using the small bathrm is physically challenging while moving.... So again I don't recommend but doable if u r ambulatory.) Attention Wheelchair bound: I've not personally seen anyone needing full wheelchair access use the bus but also haven't heard the best about that from firsthand accounts...so I'd only recommend if u have an assistant with u & again it's critical they have informed the driver ahead of time & that the bus utilized for your trip has a working lift.) Happy Travels!

The customer service is the best I've had from a company in a long time! They go above and beyond. The sound system was good too, all that was important for our 90s throwback country jam playlist I highly recommend

The driver contacted me ahead of time by text to introduce herself, provide her contact info, and to ask about chilled champagne and sparkling apple cider. She showed up early. Having rented several limos from different companies, I was impressed with how pristine the limo was. The interior lighting worked perfectly, no busted buttons or marks on the seats. It looked the way a limo should look. Thank you for the great experience, Showcase! I would recommend Showcase without hesitation.

So-so public bus service in Idaho's biggest city. Valley Regional Transit has a decent sized…read moreservice map and their most popular routes have pretty good frequency as they run as often as every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on Saturday. Fares are also affordable as a day pass is only $2.50. The negatives about this system are that some routes do only run hourly and most importantly, there is no service on Sundays and on major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. But this also extends to holidays like Memorial Day and Labor Day. I am not sure why this is the case, but it seems like a city of this size should have some service. Especially given this is for Idaho's capital.

Riding in style! This of course doesn't mean I've sorted through my yelp drafts folder in a timely manner, but hey. We did about four stops on the Sunnyslope wine trail, and one oopsie stop at a winery that was closed. This was due to an error in our research, not theirs. Planning your trip can be done with help from Idaho Towncar, or you can spit out your itinerary for your driver to follow dutifully. Our complete stops included Ste. Chapelle, Koenig, Williamson, and Sawtooth, probably not in that order though. By the third stop I was having, as they say, a REALLY SWELL TIME. ;-) Our spacious and comfortable van had room for the six of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves for the duration of the afternoon. Complimentary snacks, sweets, wine glasses, beverages, and sparkling apple ciders were available for us to partake of, as well as the dreaded karaoke machine so that the older generation could embarrass the stuffing out of the youth along for the ride. I was somewhere in the middle of that and enjoyed it immensely. The professionalism and patience of our driver was much appreciated, as was his adaptability in putting up with our requests, and his fun, laidback personality. I would fully recommend this service if you're in the area and want a special experience. They have many vehicles to choose from, in various degrees of fancy schmancy, so if a luxury van isn't your speed, fret not.
