She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out. Having rented several limos from different companies, I was impressed with how pristine the limo was. The interior lighting worked perfectly, no busted buttons or marks on the seats. I used Les Bois Limousine for my 30th birthday party, and it was so above and beyond my expectations in every way. Chris was an absolute delight to work with, and honestly a lot of fun to have along for the ride. He was very thorough and prompt in communication and SO accommodating. First off, I did a bit of research on limo companies in the area, and this one had nothing but glowing reviews and the price was the best for the duration we'd be using it. The morning of my party, I got a call from Chris saying there was a potential mechanical problem in the limo we were supposed to take. But before I could panic, he let me know he was upgrading us to the nicer, larger limo, at no extra cost. Obviously this isn't something anyone should expect, but it was so nice that not only did he make it right, he went so far above and beyond. And it was fun to get to invite a few extra last minute guests! We decided to do winery tours around the snake river valley and it was absolutely the best day. Chris provided us with a giant bottle of champagne for the ride. Which paired nicely with the other 10 or 11 bottles we had he allowed us to bring snacks in the limo, and provided ice and glasses, and allowed us to hook up our own music, which we probably annoyingly took advantage of. Admittedly we were a rowdy bunch and I'm sure we were a lot to herd from place to place and Chris was so patient, and encouraged the party along the whole way. We did about four stops on the Sunnyslope wine trail, and one oopsie stop at a winery that was closed. This was due to an error in our research, not theirs. Planning your trip can be done with help from Idaho Towncar, or you can spit out your itinerary for your driver to follow dutifully. Our complete stops included Ste. Chapelle, Koenig, Williamson, and Sawtooth, probably not in that order though. By the third stop I was having, as they say, a REALLY SWELL TIME. ;-) Our spacious and comfortable van had room for the six of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves for the duration of the afternoon. Complimentary snacks, sweets, wine glasses, beverages, and sparkling apple ciders were available for us to partake of, as well as the dreaded karaoke machine so that the older generation could embarrass the stuffing out of the youth along for the ride. I was somewhere in the middle of that and enjoyed it immensely. The professionalism and patience of our driver was much appreciated, as was his adaptability in putting up with our requests, and his fun, laidback personality. I would fully recommend this service if you're in the area and want a special experience.
