It was a little difficult finding her location the morning of her flight but the driver was patient and keep in contact with me until she was in the cab. When her trip was concluded her flight came in early, so once again it was a little challenging for the driver to find her. He came into the airport and stayed in contact with me until he found her. I used to work reception at the Oregon convention center, and after talking to dispatch with several cab companies in Portland they were a joy to talk to.
