Regardless, they did not hold the shuttle an extra 10 minutes and left my girlfriend stranded in Boise. I had to drive down from Sun Valley to pick her up in the middle of the night because she was not comfortable driving in a snow storm. COMPLETE DISASTER!!! After all that, the company also refused a refund. I'm guessing 99% of the company's business comes directly from airline travellers. To me, this is similar to if your flight was delayed 10 minutes and your connecting flight just abandoned you at the airport. Absolutely unexcusable. Shame on them for running such a poor business. I have also heard from people that weren't abandoned at the airport that that the busses are FREEZING cold in the winter and completely miserable 3 hour journey. I am going to be travelling to Sun Valley every year for the next 30 years (hopefully) and I will recommend every person I come accross to avoid this disaster on wheels.

I made reservations with this company for late January 2015 in September. My United flight was scheduled to arrive at 3:04 pm and the bus leaves at 3:30 pm. It was impossible for me to arrive any earlier from where I live on the East Coast. Wouldn't you know it, a week after I make all reservations, United notifies me that the flight will now arrive at 3:50. I notify Sun Valley Express and this unethical company will keep my $138 dollars. I understand that they may not want to refund money if a customer changes their mind, but this was beyond my control. This is my first trip to Sun Valley and if I ever return, this experience will color my memories. I doubt if I'll be able to return within a year to use that bus ticket but any future trips I'll arrange for a one-way car rental for about $30. I know I can count on the car rental companies unlike Sun Valley Express, a company that puts its own considerations ahead of its customers. Here is an update. Once I informed the company of my Yelp review here is their reply. I will note that their website is clear that no refunds will be made and unused tickets can be used up to a year after purchase. It seems however that based on their reply to me they may allow a customer to redeem their ticket after a year passes. Will it be available to me after two years? Three? There is no guarantee of this. In addition, watch out.... If you complain on social media they will refuse to serve you ... After they have met their original obligation, of course. Here is their reply: Hi Karen, It's a shame that you did not write this accurately and truthfully with full facts. I have noted this in your account. As stated before, you tickets are available for your future use. We honor our agreements. Other than the use of those paid tickets, we will refuse to do business with you in the future.

The Beautiful Black Lincoln limo was located a short distance and easy to find. It was our first time in Boise and the driver showed us around town and recommended some nice places to have dinner that was a short walk from our Hotel. We were surprised at how reasonable our rate was. We booked our trip from our Hotel back to the airport. The driver was early and sitting right out front of our Hotel. Riding in style! We did about four stops on the Sunnyslope wine trail, and one oopsie stop at a winery that was closed. This was due to an error in our research, not theirs. Planning your trip can be done with help from Idaho Towncar, or you can spit out your itinerary for your driver to follow dutifully. Our complete stops included Ste. Chapelle, Koenig, Williamson, and Sawtooth, probably not in that order though. By the third stop I was having, as they say, a REALLY SWELL TIME. ;-) Our spacious and comfortable van had room for the six of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves for the duration of the afternoon. Complimentary snacks, sweets, wine glasses, beverages, and sparkling apple ciders were available for us to partake of, as well as the dreaded karaoke machine so that the older generation could embarrass the stuffing out of the youth along for the ride. I was somewhere in the middle of that and enjoyed it immensely. The professionalism and patience of our driver was much appreciated, as was his adaptability in putting up with our requests, and his fun, laidback personality. I would fully recommend this service if you're in the area and want a special experience. They have many vehicles to choose from, in various degrees of fancy schmancy, so if a luxury van isn't your speed, fret not.

The driver contacted me ahead of time by text to introduce herself, provide her contact info, and to ask about chilled champagne and sparkling apple cider. She showed up early. She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out. Having rented several limos from different companies, I was impressed with how pristine the limo was. The interior lighting worked perfectly, no busted buttons or marks on the seats. I have used them twice, and both times they were very friendly and got me to where I was going quickly and for a fair price. The first time Judy picked me up, and it was a very pleasant experience. She got me where I was going without the clearest of directions, and even struck up some good conversation on the way. The second time Lori was the driver. She was very professional, and we also struck up a bit of conversation, and got home in a very reasonable amount of time. Both experiences were very pleasant, and should I need transportation in the future I know who I'm gonna call. Also I enjoyed talking to their dispatchers. I used to work reception at the Oregon convention center, and after talking to dispatch with several cab companies in Portland they were a joy to talk to. They got complete information which made the trips more smooth.

When he arrives it's not a cab it's more an Uber vehicle said it's would be cash if I paid with a card it wouldn't be $10 extra! (Sounds like someone's pocketing money) when I have him location he had no clue where the Cove Spa was located?! So much for a smartphone! I had to give him directions to the place and I've never been to McCall! Not professional, he doesn't know how long 5miles takes or 10 mins was actually a total of 43 mins!!
