She was very professional, and we also struck up a bit of conversation, and got home in a very reasonable amount of time. I used to work reception at the Oregon convention center, and after talking to dispatch with several cab companies in Portland they were a joy to talk to. We gave him $30 cash asking for a small amount in change to also nclude a tip based on the meter charge. He pulled out a wad of cash as if going to give us change, then all of a sudden refused to give change, slammed his door and about ran us over driving off.
