It's loaded with all those specialty items like luggage locks, packing cubes and travel gear with many, many pockets, etc. I went in originally for a luggage lock, but ended up buying a packing cube as well. Barbara, the travel agent/cashier asked me if I had a discount coupon. I didn't, but she gave me a coupon and used it to take off 10% of my purchase instead making me come back again. Being from out of town, this was a pleasant surprise and made a $3.40 savings too. Easy parking outside the building and lots of travel goodies to tempt you for your next trip.

My sisters and I are trying to plan a big trip to Greece in September for my 40th birthday and emailed her in the middle of February. At first she was very responsive and we were able to provide all the information she needed to start putting together an itinerary and quote. And that's about where it ended. The first time she said she would get back to us, we never heard from her until I emailed her a week and a half later asking for an update. She said she was putting other trips together and that she would have everything together by another date. That date came and went and again nothing until I emailed and asked for an update. At this point it's a month later on 3/19/24 and she said she would have the finalized quote by 3/21/24. Never heard from her and I emailed on 4/2/24 saying that if she doesn't get back to us by the end of the week then we were going to pursue other options. She finally emailed back on 4/5/24 and just said "Hey here's the quote for flights, hotels and activities" never acknowledging her lack of communication or anything! So I go back on Harmon's website, willing to give another chance, and find a different agent, Holly McLean, who, in her bio, states she specializes in Greece. We thought it would at least be worth it to reach out to her and see if she'd be able to help us. Well that was 4/9/24 and here we are 4/15/24 and still haven't heard back from Holly. We are five months out now from a big trip and have to start all over and plan it ourselves. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND CONSIDER HARMON TRAVEL FOR YOUR NEXT TRIP!!

She thought of everything we needed, and even provided ways to save money through different means of transportation. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), and remained professional throughout. In addition, as some of us are still minors, she helped us research what was and wasn't possible, which hotels allowed minors to check in, and even made manual confirmation with the hotels themselves. In fact, when one of the hotels failed to confirm, which she quickly responded with another alternative. Throughout the trip, there were minor hiccups, but Starr gave us detailed ways to approach and solve them. The only legitimate problem that we encountered was that one of the double rooms she booked for us was too small for two people, but we managed to make it work. After sending $500 they send you only 4 options with the names of the hotels and nothing else (you can find this info for free on any travel site) It was not a personalized experience at all. With the 4 options, they only give the names of the hotel and you basically have to do your own research on the hotels to see what they offer. (I thought that is what a travel agent is suppose to do?) No information on excursions, amenities, no personal research done by Nick and Brandon catered to what type of hotel/experience you may like. Literally nothing. I didn't like the 4 options they sent and explained i'd like to see a few more options, and they became increasingly rude and basically said "this is all we've got for you" and did not want to help further. I guess when they take $500 beforehand whether you book a trip or not, they don't really care after that to give you a good experience since they already took your money. Stay away from this company.

We get tired of the large bus tours and prefer to travel by ourselves or with a small group. Traveling by yourself in come countries is difficult because of transportation or language barriers. This small group tour is the perfect answer. These tours are fairly fast paced mixed with adventure and culture. We have made many great friends and have seen some amazing countries such as Thailand, Australia, Costa Rica, Guatamela, South Africa, and Peru. This group is always my first choice to travel with.
