The braidings and blistering on these empanadas are all different which shows me a lot of attention to detail and dedication in his craft. My favorite was the Oxtail and Jerk Shrimp. The crunchiness of the empanadas with the filling was a great combination. I didn't enjoy the vegan chopped cheese as much as I hoped but that could be because I don't really enjoy vegan food that way. It was a different and unique taste however.
