After meeting with her the hygentist Emily took me back, examined what needed to be done and from there I met the wonderful dentist Dr Hanset. Not only was Dr hanset very nice but he also walked me through what the experience and work I was about to have done, he was very thorough and clear spoken. I have seen many many dentists over my 24 years of life and Dr hanset and his crew stuck out to me the most, everyone was awesome, but Dr hanset made my experience unforgettable. I wish I was local so I could make him my primary dentist. All they did was take x-rays and said I needed a deep cleaning. They didn't do anything to my teeth. My parents have dental insurance and wanted to get a cleaning. It covers 90%. They refused to use the x-rays they already had and wanted to charge $389 for them both for new x-rays. Be aware this place seems to be more about money than care.

He was very attentive and gentle. Always making sure I'm not having to endure unnecessary pain and discomfort. He really is amazing, which is why I am so disappointed at what happened to me today. This dental office has a grace period of 15min. I was 9minutes into said grace period. When a guy walked out the back of the office and WHISPERED to the receptionist that she needed to reschedule me. Now the woman at the front desk is nothing less than amazing and I won't mention her name because it's not her fault. Her job is to be the receptionist and follow direction from the higher ups. Anyway, she was astounded and I heard her say to the guy, (the hygienist) are you serious? Why" and he continues to whisper. I had to reschedule. In that moment the 15minute grace period turned into 10min. Go figure.mind you I walked in at 9 minutes into the grace period. And so they dumped it on the receptionist to lie and say that the grace period was 10-15 minutes. I mean make it make sense please! How is that even possible. Are they changing the times daily or more feasible by denying me dental care that I'd been very badly needing for months they can get out of there sooner. I'm so tired of businesses not following their own hours and Grace periods. Gas isn't free or cheap. I wasted my time and gas driving over there just to be turned away from an appointment that is badly needed.ive been waiting almost 6months for this appointment and they are not at all punctual I recommend you not pay attention to the grace period because they don't honor it! I was stuck in Friday traffic. I left work early to make this appointment it is November 14,2025 they rescheduled me for February 6th another 3 months away for a total of 9 months to have my dental needs taken care of. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that I did come in last month on a cancellation just to be sent home with this office saying I need more time. A waste of gas and time. I felt comfortable the entire time. I also needed a guard for night grinding and come to find out that's a very common bad habit. I was fitted for a guard that day and received it a week and a half later and it fit perfectly. Before I left I scheduled to get a few chips in my teeth filled and got back in within the following week, I was in and out in less than hour and love that my teeth no longer have the awe filled chips in them from grinding! I paid... the insurance paid...then months later they said I owed another $1100.00. Now they're suing me and the tooth is still bad....greedy greedy greedy and unethical billing. Then I got served with papers....we're on SS and need honesty when getting billed...or in this case bilked.
