The last 2 take outs have been horrible. $$$$ First one was Pizza their Pizza is usually awesome. This one has very little ingredients including the sauce. I usually get the same thing so I know what it tastes like. I would not get their pizza again. This last week I decided to order their Rib dinner usually great except they pour on the sauce so I always ask for light sauce. A Bake Potato w/everything except I hate their chewy bacon. I upgraded to a tiny Greek I said no Feta Cheese & extra beets. I got there 30 mins later. I asked her to look at it to make sure there wasn't a lot of sauce it was splatter with it. She said they could make one w/sauce on side. I said ok. I sat there for 20 mins. She didn't offer a free drink ie Diet Coke. When I got it home the ribs were Luke warm, Potato had everything including bacon but no butter or sour cream, salad had extra feta cheese barely any beets. $25 later read more

First & foremost Exceptional Service. Breadsticks were amazing, as well as the fried shrimp . Drinks were heavily poured & served promptly. One consideration for management: while sitting at the bar, my wife and I were continually interrupted by customers that were picking up carry outs. Between paying & pick up, it was quite interrupting. Consider removing the 2-3 bar stools near the pull tab machine & making this area exclusive for carry out cash out & pick- up's. It's actually the Perfect spot, as if sitting there, as we were, you're subject to continual cold/cool air coming in from the front door continuously opening & closing. The food is very good and the service is quick and friendly. We have been coming here for years and Greg's has been purchased by a new owner and things improve every time we visit. The hot bread sticks with the spread are to die for!!! The pizza is fantastic and the Burgers, you better come hungry. Onion rings and ribs are also staples. I could go through the entire menu but I think that you get the point. It's worth the drive to go to Greg's. They have a small bar that many locals frequent and there televisions around the restaurant and bar to watch sporting events on. Very casual so come as you are. Popular joint for locals. Stopped by recently with the family for another try. Ribs are great--drinks are to be lacking. Now I know is a small business owner that there is overhead and alcohol is one of the main streams of making money. Having such a HUGE list of whiskey and bourbon I would have thought drinks would have been plentiful. No cocktail list. No happy hour. Portions though. Portions lacked ... well sucked. Small pours. The BBQ pizza was very good and the bread sticks with garlic cream cheese was the best. The atmosphere was kind of cozy and had a hometown feeling to it!! I will go back and try there other good options. read more

Unfortunately, I don't have anything good to say here so will get to the point. The French onion soup was extremely salty and the patty melt was absolutely horrible. The patty tasted like mystery meat with a few chunky grissly parts that made me spit out my bites 3 times. To say I tried again to give the benefit of the doubt was asinine. They are short staffed, but the server who took our orders was very nice. I felt bad for her as she was slammed and was the only server that day. read more

I went here on Mothers Day morning. I sat in a booth right by the door. Waitress looked right at me. I proceeded to wait for 1/2 hour before I got up and asked the bar person if I could get a waitress. Meanwhile other persons are coming in sitting down and getting served. 10 minutes go by and finally a person comes by ask me what I wanted to drink. I said coffee and water. Mind you I came in for breakfast., and now it is starting to get full. Person finally brings my coffee but no water. I'm trying to be polite give her my order of biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs and side of bacon. After what seemed like a half hour my food comes , with no bacon! The biscuits and gravy are soon gross with chili power or something and look s like something someone threw up! Waited for waitress to come back , she never did. I took this so called food up to the bar and told her I couldn't eat it. That I never got my water or bacon I asked for. I would just like to pay for my coffee. She said or sorry , we got your coffee. So out the door I go feeling very disappointed. Needless to say, 6 or 7 days later this crappy place charged my card $48.11! Stopping at Greg's has been a semi-annual tradition for my family for over 15 years now. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Their pizza is great - they've got the real pepperonis that curl up around the edges and pool up with grease. But the highlight of the meal is really the breadsticks and the garlic cream cheese sauce. Even if you aren't getting pizza, make sure to try them for your appetizer! Someone else mentioned the near-complete lack of COVID precautions, and that seems to be true. I usually find the dining room to be fairly quiet and spaced-out anyway. As with any business, you can walk out if it doesn't seem safe based on your health history and vaccine status. read more

Went to Greg's last night. Ordered off of the specials' board behind the bar. The fish was listed at $12, but the bill showed $27. The manager said it was a mistake and there was nothing they could do. Before we spoke to the owner, the $12 was erased. The owner said he erased the specials' board price, but it only had a $ sign. That is totally untrue. We had to pay for their mistake. We would not have ordered 2 specials if we knew the actual price. We did not want a free meal. We wanted to pay the special price listed by the restaurant. I thought the customer was always right. No worries, as we will no longer be customers. read more

Customers are tired of signs on the door, "it's the Governors fault", "we are under staffed" and the latest " we are still having staffing issues so we will be closed Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day)". Horrible food. Overpriced too...Got fettuccine Alfredo and it was not good at all. Sent it back asking to take it off bill etc. waitress said that probably wouldn't be possible bcuz there was 'nothing wrong with it' I replied it's not good and tasted like plastic. Is that not a good reason...? She replied she would let me know etc Finally brought out the bill with 10% off the bill (approximately 4 bucks!) per Ed the owner which she had to call. I said I'd like to talk to the manager, which she replied (after going to the back again) he won't come out etc... apparently not wanting to 'deal with us' I replied I'm not paying for food I didn't eat. Been going to this restaurant for over 25 years! They recently have new owners, but kept the same menu and same great food, but did some remodeling on the inside that was much needed and looks fantastic! They're breadsticks cheese dip, and pizza are amazing and the fish and chips you can get blackened or broiled, which is always a nice twist on it if you're looking for seafood! Went and picked up a carry out - Greek salad and breadsticks. I do not like olives AT ALL but since I was sharing the salad I asked if they could put them on the side along with an extra dressing. PERFECT! Olives in a little side sealed dished and an extra dressing! I love when a restaurant can get the carry out order right ! Greg's for the win!!! read more

Ordered off the specials board. Turns out they posted the wrong price on the board. The bill comes, and instead of $12 for each dinner, it was $27 for each dinner. Waitress can't do anything. Manager acknowledges the mistake, but won't remove it from bill. Owner comes over, denies to help out. says we have to pay, even though it was their mistake and we had no idea. Guess Customerservice is a thing of the past. Through no fault of ours, we are required to pay twice as much for dinner because they posted incorrect price. Not right at all. read more

Ordered a carry out. I had three issues. My order was missing items which I discovered after I got home. The ranch fried were overcooked and not good at all. I was really disappointed that none of the staff had masks on. My text telling me my food was ready said I had to wear a mask when I came in, but no employees had them on. Seems very unsafe and disrespectful of their customers. This has been a favorite place of mine for years, but I don't think I'll be going back. There are too many other restaurants that care about keeping their patrons safe from which to choose. read more

We stopped in on our way through town for dinner. The sweet potato fries are out of this world. My husband got the lasagna. Huge portion, and delicious. My four year old loved his kids' cheeseburger. Ribs are very good, two bbq sauces, one sweet the other a little spicy. Either provides a tasty meal. Coleslaw is excellent. As a bar restaurant it is exceptional. Service was good even considering the lack of staff due to Covid. We took 2 pounds of ribs home. We will be back. read more

Used to love Greg's. We'd go weekly and do whatever we could to support them. Last visit everyone that had the chicken Alfredo (3 out of 10) got very sick within a few hours. The smell of the left overs in the fridge the next day definitely let us know it is was the food. Called to let them know they may want to check their sauce or chicken and they blew us off, told us it was fine and no one was complaining but us. Eat there with caution! read more

We went to Greg's this past week. While they have a lot of the middle tables gone, we did not feel comfortable. They have ALL the booths opened with no plexiglass at the top of the booths. We could touch the person in the next booth, if we wanted! Other places we have gone to, have either left booths empty or had plexiglass at the top to protect their patrons. We had people in front and behind us. We love their food and have been patronizing them for 20 years. We will not go back. read more
