    Protein cold brew
    Ashley G.

This is solely for their new cold brew protein drink. Not too sweet yet it's gritty perhaps from the protein? And yes it's filling. It has coconut and date syrup in this as well. I'd get again and pour it into a blender bottle due to the grittyness. It's a great combo for your gym sesh.

Gregorys is my new spot to grab coffee from on my way to work! Love their app. Love their coffee. Love their food. Tons of great options for coffee. When I was there recently, I had their Valentine's Day special, the Iced Love Affair, which was delicious. I will regularly grab a breakfast sandwich which is great on-the-go too. This specific location does have plenty of seating, making it a great place to sitdown to read or catch up on life via your computer, etc. Located right near the train station and the waterfront too.

Good coffee! I got a mocha, large, $6.15 and my husband got the 24 oz triple fruit smoothie, $11 Good value and definitely hit the spot of a rainy visit to Hoboken. Great area with lots of shops and eateries.

Cool vibe at the place. The staff were pretty friendly, but not overly enthusiastic. Seems like a decent spot to grab coffee on the go.

Nice fresh cool indoor vibe with perfume of coffee in your nose. Good morning, Gregory's! I have been to many locations in city, but coming to this location is my first time. Ordered a regular latte with whole milk no sugar... Smooth sailing from my tongue through my throat, warm and relaxing Gregory's therapy could last until lunch time. Maybe because it's my first time here, I had a little episode at the cashier and needed more time and assistant, but the barista was nice and patient with me, making quite a few attempts to solve my transaction issue. I will come back for sandwiches and sweets next time!

First time trying Gregory's coffee. Came here during its grand opening and received $15 credit through the app. The $10 extra offer is limited to Hoboken only and you have to put your email address. I ordered 3 drinks and below is my ranking. 1) Caramel macchiato- taste great! Didn't have to add anything else. 2) Iced nitro cold brew- it tasted a bit sour for me. I had to add more milk to balance it. 3) Nu brew - I'll avoid this. The description sounds very promising but I don't taste any Nutella and it's very diluted. Can't even taste the coffee. Not sure if they messed up the order or that's how it's supposed to taste.

First off, what a beautiful space! Super modern and thoughtful decor. I love it! I also never realized that the glasses on their logo actually are 2 mugs - that's a smart and thoughtfully designed icon! Now on to the drinks: 1) pumpkin spice latte - it's nice! What attracted me to this is they make their pumpkin syrup in house. It's not as sweet as Starbucks'. 2) gingerbread latte - another drink that uses a homemade syrup. I'm not a fan though, the flavor doesn't seem to come through. 3) nitro cold brew - a little more acidic than I would have liked. I prefer Starbucks' 4) nu brew - not a fan. Bland Sign up for their app and get $5 off your first order. There's a limited time, grand opening offer valid at Hoboken store, for $10 credit so it's $15 off total!

    Croissant and a coffee

I had a $5 credit for my first app purchase, so I splurged for the Honey Badger Hotshot. I was intrigued by honey/coffee combo. It was pretty good, but I'll probably stick to drip coffee in the future which is smooth and flavorful. I also ordered a croissant to go; after warming it up in the microwave for a few seconds - it was delicious! The app order was easy to place, and I was happy with how quickly my coffee was ready especially for a Sunday morning. While I wasn't inside for long, this space was clean and well decorated. I'll definitely be back!

    Iced Matcha Latte (GF V)

Got a large iced matcha latte that had no ice, the grainiest matcha i've ever had, and grainy oat milk(???) it was also already watered down when I got it. Could've asked for a new one but the fact that they made this and thought it was okay to serve deserves 2 stars.

Dirty, stained coffee cup that I received. Clearly says Uber Eats and someone else's name.

If texture doesn't bother you (liberal amount of black sesame!), I'd suggest getting this latte (10/10). Both pastries were great in their own right. For my second matcha of the day, this matcha was like your everyday/average matcha. Can't go wrong, but it wasn't mind-blowing. If you're in the Theatre District, I'd definitely recommend popping in for a drink & a treat!

I had seen their cute pastries online and wanted to check them out. We got the items above and a few coffees. The cakes are cute. Tho not as light and fluffy as I was expecting. I thought they'd be more like the asian bakeries we have back in SF. Not as sweet as american desserts, but it was kinda in between. The egg sandwich I really wanted to like since I've been craving one. But the it was sooo dry. Definitely needed more mayo. And the bread wasn't very fluffy either. Cute spot if you want cute desserts. Tho I think they are more geared towards posting on socials. REVIEW #3999

It's pricey, but welcome to FiDi. My one complaint is they try to upsell you. Like, I'm sure your pastry that's unique to Puerto Rico and that I've never had before is delicious, but I need to get going and I don't want to dip into my 401k for it.

It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
