I love the location of this cafe! It was quite packed on a Sunday morning but there was enough movement that we could find a table. The latte was good as well as the cheddar scone and the cutest madelaine.

Bwe kafe is a cute coffee shop right by the water in NJ. Came here after a work out class so the coffee was refreshing. It was not the best Iced latte I have had but it did the job. This place is also by a nice park called Newport Green so I am sure people get coffee to go and some snacks and may picnic or take a walk around the park. The staff were nice and the space had a cozy feeling. If I am ever in that area again I would stop by again and try one of their specialty coffees.

A decent coffee shop in Jersey City. The closest to the local park and Waters Soul statue on the Hudson Nothing special Good coffee and didn't see anything special they were offering. Not much seating. Really a grab and go with internet

bwe in Hoboken has always been a favorite. The space is CUTE and the coffee is GOOD! You need little else in a neighborhood cafe and this Jersey City loc is no different. I stopped in for a quick lunch and can confirm the space is just as adorable, cozy and welcoming. Lots of seating so it's perfect for working or grabbing a coffee or lunch on your own or with friends. Oh! And everyone working there was lovely and helpful. Vibes are great all around. I got the couscous salad bowl and added grilled chicken. Loved that it came with a very generous olive bread on the side. The bread was fresh and I loved the olive spread. The salad was delicious and oh so filling. It came with a soft boiled egg, a bed of greens, only a sprinkling of couscous, walnuts, feta, cherry tomatoes and the olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette on the side. I do wish that the salad lived up to its name just a little more with a bigger portion of couscous because it wasn't as expected, but still very tasty. A great lunch and I will definitely stop in next time I am bopping around the area and need a bite to eat or a coffee fix.

Considering that there are only two restaurants in this area, I stopped by skeptical but was pleasantly impressed! First, the service is wonderful and fast! We got the avocado toast and the avocado and tuna sandwich, and they were both super fresh with plentiful avocado on delicious bread. Indoor seating was cute with available outdoor seating. There aren't too many "kid friendly" options, which could be helpful in the future since there is a playground near by, and as long as the quality remains the same as what I ate, I'd come back again!

Came here couple times on weekday morning. Seems quite popular among locals. Usually busy and needs short wait on queue to order. Environment is nice. Plenty of seats or tables. Came here Monday and was told kitchen not open Monday so only pastries for breakfast. Came again following day and got smoked salmon sandwich. Quite big and good. Latte/espresso drinks are good here too. Nice place for breakfast.

We ordered the couscous bowl and although it was a solid meal, it definitely could have been better. The balsamic vinaigrette flavors didn't come through and wished that there was something sweet to cut through the mellow flavors of walnut and couscous--either dried cherries or cranberries. I'm not a huge fan of olives, so I'm not going to give my opinion other than it was really strong and my friend felt that the bread didn't have much flavor. The smoked salmon toast with egg salad was actually pretty delish. And the country bread was tasty--definitely would come back if I lived in the city for the variety of toasts. I ordered the vegan turmeric latte and it honestly tasted a little too milky for me without enough flavor, and wished there were more sediments at the bottom.

Great coffee, food and service. Picked up some beans to make at home. Second time visiting this location while traveling.

The baked goods are fantastic! Cannot wait to try more options from here. I placed my order on GrubHub and it was ready when I arrived. Heads up the pick up orders are just inside the door. I waited a few minutes on the other side of the room before somebody told me where to go. The line gets in the way, but just poke your walk through. Was on the fence about the breakfast sandwich until I tried it. The crispy layers of croissant go perfectly with the eggs and cheese. And then there's the sriracha sauce...that seals the deal. The couscous salad is pretty good. It's a nice mix of flavor, however, I was expecting the feta to standout a bit more. The real gem of this salad is the phenomenal crispy toast with olive tapenade.

this cafe is amazing!! i got the iced vanilla latte and it is so good -- one of the best lattes I've tried. They have the La Marzocco espresso machine! The ambiance is so nice to get work done and the seating is super cute and comfortable. The prices are extremely reasonable esp for the location -- $4.75 for small Iced latte and $5.25 for large plus $0.75 for flavors. It is even less than prices of popular coffee chains(and tastes better!!!) One of the best cafes I've been to recently!! Highly recommend!

Good casual coffee spot. Really small inside so I usually take it on the go, but Baristas are nice and flavors are usually good.

If texture doesn't bother you (liberal amount of black sesame!), I'd suggest getting this latte (10/10). Both pastries were great in their own right. For my second matcha of the day, this matcha was like your everyday/average matcha. Can't go wrong, but it wasn't mind-blowing. If you're in the Theatre District, I'd definitely recommend popping in for a drink & a treat!

I had seen their cute pastries online and wanted to check them out. We got the items above and a few coffees. The cakes are cute. Tho not as light and fluffy as I was expecting. I thought they'd be more like the asian bakeries we have back in SF. Not as sweet as american desserts, but it was kinda in between. The egg sandwich I really wanted to like since I've been craving one. But the it was sooo dry. Definitely needed more mayo. And the bread wasn't very fluffy either. Cute spot if you want cute desserts. Tho I think they are more geared towards posting on socials. REVIEW #3999

It's pricey, but welcome to FiDi. My one complaint is they try to upsell you. Like, I'm sure your pastry that's unique to Puerto Rico and that I've never had before is delicious, but I need to get going and I don't want to dip into my 401k for it.

It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
