    Coffee shop

What a cute little coffee shop. Its literally unnamed and on a corner in the middle of a neighborhood. Its a small coffee shop with a little seating. I was impressed by the pour over selection and other variety of drinks. I opted for an almond milk cappuccino. The flavor profile was really good. It was definitely a nice strong cappuccino. The espresso blended in well with the almond milk. They also had some muffins and cookies there which was not in the diet but I got an oatmeal cookie and a pistachio muffin. Both were excellent. A little too big for my liking but they tasted great. The staff was friendly and inviting. It was a little busy but the two baristas made it happen!

Cannoli, almond dessert, and cookies - complementary from the owners for providing feedback on their drinks!

Love that this new small cute cafe has opened at the corner of St Paul's Ave and Liberty!! It's cute, open, and inviting. Interior is relaxing and it seems like a nice place to grab a quick pastry and drink and relax. The owner was very nice, and expressed that the cafe currently has no name because they just want to be a neighborhood cafe that serves regulars around the area. I tried their iced matcha latte and chocolate croissant - The croissant was delicious, but the matcha could definitely use a bit more of a matcha taste. The owner gave my partner and I complementary pastries for providing feedback on their drink which I appreciated! I enjoyed the almond pastries and cookies. Their menu currently has many coffee options, as well as healthy juice options and more. There are about 6 to 7 sandwich options as well, and they plan to add another vegetarian option to expand the menu. Overall it seems to be a great small business to support and I'm excited to see it thrive in this neighborhood. The owner promised me a stronger matcha the next time I visit. I'll be back to try more things!

Came here to chill, enjoy a drink, enjoy the ambiance, and do some browsing on free wifi.Unf, didnt get to do that as envisioned. The coffee was alright, even tho it had an exotic selling name, I had better brew elsewhere...

    Tiramisu, croissant, cappuccino and latte

The options here are endless. The owner is very chatty and ensures all customers have a great experience. The coffee flavors are a 10/10 so many options to choose from and the pastries are fresh and delightful. I ordered the tiramisu and it was very creamy and tasteful. The ham and cheese had the perfect crunch and a great cheese pull! I will def be coming back for more!

My fave chai latte! I go here several times a week. Prices are decent and it's walking distance to me so very convenient.

My Iced Latte with Lavender was well-made. It was a good mix of creamy, sweet, and floral along with the caffeine kick I needed to start my day. The barista was super friendly and knew what he was doing. However, the person who took our orders was a bit unfriendly/cold which didn't help considering it was our first time there and we had questions. There isn't any seating at this location but there is a park across the street to enjoy your coffee while taking a stroll!

There were clients right in front of me and the guy at the register was friendly to them. I ordered an almond croissant and I took it to go. The barista asked me if I wanted the almond croissant warmed up and I said yes. When I arrived home the almond croissant was still warm. The almond croissant was huge and tasted so good! I enjoyed every bite of my breakfast almond croissant. Their iced coffee is so delicious! I usually take long to drink my 16 ounce cup of iced coffee but Modcup coffee's iced coffee I drank it so fast because of how good it was. Great little coffee shop conveniently located in front of a park. 10/10 coffee shop recommendation.

($4.75 for 2eggs, homefries, bacon) Personally, I think it is MUCH higher quality than Rumba's on centeal. You get actual homefries instead of French fries, something I will always choose over fries for breakfast. They also had empanadas; I had a Colombian beef and chicken, both were great but the salsa on the side wasn't anything special. The coffee was amazing, 100% Colombian! Not included in the meal like it is for Rumba's but it's in a real mug not a styrofoam cup, yay. WILL be returning!!!

However, in past versions, it felt like an insulated group of regulars, and I was hesitant to go in. However, with this latest re-branding, they are a warm and inviting place (I'm sure they were before too, I just didn't know!). The espresso is still great, and the pastries are wonderful. In particular, their empanadas are the absolute best in the Heights, and they experiment a little with them. This morning I had my usual Bacon & Egg, and also tried their new Prosciutto and Mozzarella, both were fantastic. Also a fan of their Beef & Sweet Plantain one. Grabbing quick breakfast now on my way to work has become part of my daily routine here and I can't believe I lived next to this place for so long and missed out! A great locally owned business that everyone should support!

So get anything fresh, like made to order cakes or things you see come out right when you're there. Otherwise you run the risk of getting old stuff, which sucks that they don't manage that at all. On a Sunday afternoon lines moved quickly and we were able to find seats. This is a cute cafe that offers plenty of savory items and lunches, plus drinks like matcha, cakes, pastries and cookies. There is also a bathroom! The women behind the counter were all nice and patient with my questions, they also kept the line moving and were quick. I had high hopes for the Alfajores as this is an Argentinian bakery but unfortunately the ones given to me were stale. The cookie was very hard. Also the Dulce de leche was too sweet and burnt tasting to me. I also got a chocolate covered one and the cookie in that was also hard and dry. The strawberry croissant was amazing. Never had anything like that before. Not too sweet and very flaky. It has a ribbon of red on the outside which gives it a unique look. I would love to come back and try savory items. I'll continue to stick with the cakes and croissants for desert and make sure it's fresh!

I've never eaten anything that I didn't like. My faves are: milhojas, breakfast croissant sandwich, and any and every cake with dulce de leche filling. I only tiny, minuscule complaint I have about this place is the lack of signage for the pastries and cakes. It would be nice to know what I'm looking at without having the ask. Absolutely zero gatekeeping here. Please everyone keep patronizing this establishment. I need this place to continue to exist in my hood.
