My Iced Latte with Lavender was well-made. It was a good mix of creamy, sweet, and floral along with the caffeine kick I needed to start my day. The barista was super friendly and knew what he was doing. However, the person who took our orders was a bit unfriendly/cold which didn't help considering it was our first time there and we had questions. There isn't any seating at this location but there is a park across the street to enjoy your coffee while taking a stroll!

I enjoyed every bite of my breakfast almond croissant. Their iced coffee is so delicious! I usually take long to drink my 16 ounce cup of iced coffee but Modcup coffee's iced coffee I drank it so fast because of how good it was.
