We thought we had to move away to buy a house, and David provided free advice and referrals. Turns out we couldn't leave our home state of 20+ years and David and his team helped us every step of the way. David is one of those rare teachers who is endlessly patient and you can feel his passion for teaching and helping people achieve their dreams. I am not even kidding- we are huge fans of him. He completely demystified the whole process that was terrifying for us. He went over the numbers time and time again and answers every email we had the same day if not the same hour. We can't recommend him highly enough.

It's difficult to recommend John enough…read more Because of John, my girlfriend and I were able to buy our first home. We were neither his only clients nor his biggest clients, but it felt that way. Presented with a pair of overly eager, nitpicking, and profoundly naïve buyers like the two of us, John was absurdly patient throughout the process. He worked around our schedule, answered all of our questions clearly, and never once tried to push us in a direction we weren't comfortable with. When it comes to any purchase, I'm a neurotic consumer who is exceptionally skeptical of salespeople, and within minutes of meeting John I was able to let my guard down. I can't say that our experience was at all typical in the current Seattle market, but I fully credit John with putting us in our dream home, under our maximum budget, and in about three weeks. When it came time to make an offer, I have to think that it was solely because of John that we were able to close as quickly as we did. It truly felt like we had a strong proponent fighting for us. He never sugar coated bad news or tried to push too aggressively just to collect a fee. All of his advice was calm, rational, and provided the necessary information to help us make responsible decisions.

As first-time buyers in this crazy market, we really needed an agent with tons of experience, patience, and good advice - John delivered all of the above. He explained all the complicated processes, he was available same-day to answer every one of our questions no matter how small. His connections in the industry (mortgage broker, sewer contractor, etc.) proved to be incredibly valuable and we continue to go to John for referrals for home improvement contractors. We truly felt that he had our best interest in mind during every step of the process. We will definitely work with John again.

He always heard our perspectives before sharing his own view point, offering suggestions and clarifications whenever possible. This made us feel understood and kept us on the same page. As it was our first time buying a home, Michael did a great job at educating us through every step of the process such as bidding, finding lenders, home inspections, etc. He was able to find information about other offers to ensure our offer was competitive. Thanks to his negotiation skills, we were able to get an offer accepted at $5K below listing price which is unheard of in hot Seattle market! He also stayed on top of everything during the home buying process, following up with seller's agent, title company, and various other parties involved in the transaction. Michael is very resourceful as well and has a great team comprising of lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc. We appreciate his proactive communication and he always made himself available for a quick Zoom call or to visit a hot home on short notice. As a real estate investor himself, he has a keen eye for details and potential investment angle on properties. For eg, we were able to find a home with 6 bedrooms, with a potential to carve out a 2 bedroom ADU from it. Michael is knowledgeable about such matters and can offer guidance about such opportunities for house hack as well. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Michael and we would highly recommend him to others!

It was our absolute pleasure working with Michael and we'll definitely be working with him again for any future property purchases!

Bill's plan is straightforward: have your property inspected then "fix" everything that the inspection notes as a problem. Complete the fixes before listing the property. Our buyers did not require additional inspection. Bill's sales process is transparent; he tells buyers and their agents exactly what they must do to have their offers accepted. Then when offers are received, he tells all of them what the best offer is and gives all a chance to match or beat it. The combination of preparation, sale process transparency, and negotiation sold our home within 26 hours of listing and a price multiple points above asking and above the appraised value. He was responsive to our needs throughout preparation and selling. We highly recommend him. Bill's plan works, he works for sellers; hire Bill to sell your real estate.

We have used Michael's (Mike's) services to buy a house and to sell our rental properties. He is outstanding!!! I can't say enough good things about this man. He charges less than a regular agent does, but his services are far superior to the regular agents I have used before meeting him. He is constantly working non-stop, even late at night and holidays. He always provided us with good advice and contacted every person involved in transaction. Heidi ended up being the main point of contact for most of the process and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, they were very clear and honest about expectations around selling a condo at this current time in the market. They were up front with the fact that it could take multiple weeks to sell, even in such a popular neighborhood, since condos were much slower to move than single family homes. This lined up with the research I had done prior to contacting them and I greatly appreciate the straightforwardness and not trying to over promise anything. Once we started working together, we agreed on a timeline to get the place ready and they came with great recommendations on staging setup and contractors to work with. The place looked incredible and they were really able to make a relatively small space shine and look more spacious than it ever has. Heidi kept in close contact with every stage of the process and would always be quick to respond whenever a question came up. She really went above and beyond to make me feel like I was in good hands through the entire process. The end result was we received an offer after the first open house weekend, for a little more than I was expecting, and with a very quick and smooth closing process. I couldn't be happier with how it all went. One other thing I noticed is the cleaning crew and contractors that helped get the place ready for showing were the same ones from when I worked with Phillip in 2019 for a different sale. They did an amazing job and to me it speaks highly of the relationships they are able to cultivate.  If it isn't obvious, I would be more than happy to work with either Heidi or Phillip again down the road, or really anyone from their team, given how well everything seems to be run!
