Adrian is an OUTSTANDING agent because he can move mountains, and he cares about clients. He outperformed other agents WAY beyond comparison. You should ABSOLUTELY give him a chance to get you a loan. We actually started looking for a mortgage refi with Adrian around ~2015 when he was then with RPM. My wife and I are self-employed and don't have strong W2's. We make lots of money, but the wrong type of $'s when it comes to a conventional mortgage. Adrian went to ends-of-world to get it done within RPM. Our attempt failed at that time. In parallel, we also failed to get a loan through Bank of West at that same time. Instead of just giving up, Adrian advised how to better our situation. In 2017, with 2 years of especially strong tax returns, we re-applied with Adrian now with New American. Admittedly, getting a loan today is EXTREMELY, MUCH, MUCH harder than when we did in 2008. This session was painful. The documentation was nit-picking and verging on being trivial. Nonetheless, in broad scope Adrian made it happen this time. We successfully obtained a mortgage, at reasonable terms. And we could have done so ONLY with Adrian. I originally started with another lender who had my file for over a month. This lender never explained any of the procedures to me and kept giving me conditional approval after conditional approval, all while forcing me to file for two extensions. When the seller (rightfully) refused to allow for any further extensions. I pulled my mortgage application and began frantically searching for a new lender, with closing only five days away. Enter Adrian and his team. What the other mortgage company couldn't do in a month, Absolute Mortgage had finished and cleared for close in a week. Adrian was so organized with tutorials and videos to walk me through every step of the process, he called the listing agent to assure them he was going to get my funding through and saved the sale, he worked hard to get my appraisal transferred over so that I didn't have to pay any further fees, and he even ended up getting a better interest rate and working with me to come up with a plan to refinance further down the road for an even better rate once I improve my credit. I cannot recommend Absolute Mortgage enough. I truly feel that without their help, I would have lost this house. Adrian was instrumental in helping us get into our new home. It took us over a year to find the home we wanted to purchase and Adrian was there every step of the way. We started our relationship off with general questions. This moved to a short sale that we waited on for some time that didn't work out. My wife and I were first got in touch with Adrian as he is our real estate agents preferred lender. Since I know my real estate agent on a personal level, his reference went a long ways and it was pretty much a no-brainer. Adrian helped us with our purchase a couple years ago and then when we decided to refinance, we not only reached out to Adrian, but we wanted to get a couple quotes for due diligence. In the end, he was by far the best fit for our circumstances. Our refinance was not an easy one based on a tax filing change to our company, being self-employed, and owning a rental property. Next by locking in a rate - even before we agreed to go with RPM - he was taking the necessary steps to ensure we got our best rate.
