We were referred to Bobby Kelly through a friend and when he came over we were sold on his sales pitch but after over 40 plus showings in over two months, he only shown our property once and coincidentally right after we expressed a little frustration. When we did get positive feedback, we would be the one to reach out to them asking what the status, what the potential buyer wanted, what can we do, etc. We are very unsatisfied with this agency because of the lack of communication on their part and lack of interest to sell our home. I give them two stars because their photographer took amazing pictures of our house but I assume any other agency can do that. If you're not in a hurry to sell your home and want amazing pictures posted online then this is the agency for you.
