I live out of state and asked some young friends of my son if they would recommend a realtor! Hello Michelle! She is so personable, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. We had our first phone call July 3rd and closed on a home July 31! Not only did she help me find the home, she knew everything the inspection had pointed out. Have you heard of a window well that may have hit a ground? Michelle did and she worked with the sellers agent to hire multiple people and get everything fixed. Michelle had recommendations for every item! She's incredibly connected! She wowed us at every turn, she is so GOOD at her job and always happy! After purchasing 7 homes, I can absolutely say that Michelle deserves the BEST REALTOR OF THE YEAR award! Definitely a gold medal (watching the Olympics)

PorchLight did an awesome job with selling our home. We partnered with Ben Ellefson and Crystal…read moreQuintanilla; both were very quick to respond and always went the extra mile to manage and coordinate our listing. Our family had already purchased another home out of state (MT) and were moving before the sale of our house in CO. We worked with Ben to make sure everything was left as needed before the move, to avoid issues before the house went on the market. Ben walked us through the process and helped create a "ToDo" list. Because of his hard work and attention to detail, we were able to move out and let Ben do his thing. Ben coordinated and managed (FREE OF CHARGE) an official square footage measurement of the home, (which resulted in finding an additional 55 square feet that lowered the overall price per square foot), Daytime and Golden Hour photos (huge selling point advantage, golden hour photos made the sale!), and brought in an interior design to set up paintings and furniture throughout the home. The house looked so good, I joked about buying it myself haha. I have never worked with a realtor firm that did soooo much, free of charge, to sell a house. The house received 5 offers on the first day listed and we were under contact that evening. We were not totally sure which offer to accept, but through working with Ben and the research that he did with each offeror, we were able to make an educated decision. The house sale closed 30 days later, above market value! Had we not went with PorchLight, I don't think things would have went as smoothly or sold above market. They made the house look great.

As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I needed all the help we could get, and Bryan and Lisa were there every step of the way, ensuring we understood the process and guiding us through. They took the time to explain everything to us, which was reassuring and made us feel confident in our decisions. We were especially pleased with their exceptional communication throughout the searching and purchasing process. They were always responsive, and gave immediate responses to our calls, texts, or emails. They were able to schedule property showings quickly and based on our varied schedule. Throughout the process they provided advice and pointed out the good and the bad in the properties we were looking at, and the market value expectations. So when it finally came time to start bidding, we felt like we were able to make informed, accurate bids and decisions. Bryan and Lisa were a calming force during the stressful bidding process, and they kept us level-headed. When our offer was accepted and we were beginning the purchase process, Bryan and Lisa recommended mortgage and inspection partners, who we were also extremely pleased with. And since they had existing business relationships, they all communicated with each other in the background so that the escrow process went extremely smoothly. In the end, we were even able to close early! Working with Bryan and Lisa has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. You spend a lot of time with your realtors, and they were just genuinely nice to hang out with for a few months. They made us feel valued, and confident that we were in the best hands. Thanks for everything, Bryan and Lisa! Everyone reading this - look no further! Give them a call and you could be writing a review from your own new home soon!

Working with Andy, Jaime and the rest of the team has been nothing short of stellar!…read more We closed on our house this past Friday, and apparently four other houses went under contract with Andy's team at the same time, so there were plenty of chances for little details (or deadlines!) to be missed, but nothing was missed. Everything came into place for a smooth closing. When it comes to working with an agent to find your next home, there is so much more to it than 'finding a house and making an offer' - just look at the star ratings above for an example. We went into the offer with the goal of getting the house we wanted, not as finicky buyers looking for the cheapest price. I would highly recommend Andy and his team to any of my close friends!

We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market. It takes deep market knowledge and years of learned skills to execute at that level. I truly don't believe we would have had the success that we did without the Verleger Group. They certainly know Golden and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend them, and we can't speak highly enough about their dedication to Excellence in the Real Estate field. My daughter will be moving on from Mines in 4 more years, this group is who I'll be calling to sell!
