When we did get positive feedback, we would be the one to reach out to them asking what the status, what the potential buyer wanted, what can we do, etc. We are very unsatisfied with this agency because of the lack of communication on their part and lack of interest to sell our home. I give them two stars because their photographer took amazing pictures of our house but I assume any other agency can do that. If you're not in a hurry to sell your home and want amazing pictures posted online then this is the agency for you. If you are on a timeline to sell your home, want helpful advice, someone who IS interested in selling, great communication...then this agency is not the best choice.

We started out renting a property managed by Team Lassen, and they dealt with all our rental issues promptly and fairly, so we decided to give them a try when we were ready to buy our first home. Anoma is a GIFT. She is so experienced and showed a real knack for listening and learning what was really important to us​ in a home (even when we weren't quite sure ourselves). In the tight 2024 market, we looked at dozens of homes, and she wasn't shy about pointing out costly flaws in various homes as well as issues we could face down the road (e.g. a home that felt right at the moment ​w​ould feel too small in 5 years as our daughter grows). She answered our many, many questions and really felt like our advocate the whole way through. Even when we felt discouraged after several months of searching and she could have closed a deal on a "just OK" house, she urged us not to settle on our most important priorities but to keep looking until we found the home that was just right for us. She would highlight listings that had the most potential and ​steer us away from ones ​w​ith major dealbreakers so we could make the most of our weekend tours. ​When our perfect listing finally hit the market, we were out of town. However, we trusted Anoma enough to walk us through the home on video chat, and we made our offer​ without having set foot in the house ourselves! ​The bidding process was competitive, but she helped us design an offer that gave us an edge without overextending our budget or compromising on important items. Even after we were under contract, she continued to communicate with us frequently and openly, helping us manage our expectations and maintain a clear idea of what would happen when. By the time we closed on the home, Anoma felt more like family than our realtor! The positive experience runs all the way through Team Lassen, by the way! We also ended up using their mortgage broker, Tim, to help us with the loan end of things. Though we had concerns about conflicts of interest working with the same firm as our realtor, Tim was nothing but fair with us and even helped us choose the best time to lock in our rate based on his experienced observations of the market. We had also been warned never to use the home inspector recommended by a realtor, but in the absence of other good choices, we decided to go for it. Team Lassen's recommended inspector did a terrific job, even when cross-checked against the inspection performed for the previous owners. He was thorough, and his detailed report helped us prioritize our most important repair projects as we moved into the home. We've now lived in our new home for 6 months, and we only love it more as time goes on. We hope to stay here forever and never buy another house, but if we ever needed to, we'd instantly choos​e Anoma and Team Lassen again. You don't find this kind of honesty, communication, and kindness every day. They're the whole package!
