I haven't even seen Dr Mow yet! However, he has/had been taking the GREATEST kindest and most…read morebeautiful dental care of my dear late beloved Uncle Edward and Mary Straneva for years and years! Actually until my Sweet Uncle Ed passes last year! My Dear Aunt Mary had Alzheimer's and he took such gentle-care with her, our family is forever grateful! My cousin Dr. Sally Kalpakoff and her entire family recommended Dr. Mow to me and I will update you and I'm sure it all going to be fantastic! He is a wonderful and talented dentist and does much of his work in house, it's amazing! I am looking forward to my appointment! Kind Regards Rosy Slater

Last week I had a toothache from hell and I have an abnormal phobia of dentists. Childhood…read moreexperiences kept me away from the dentist for quite sometime. With that said, over the years.. things happen. Including breaking teeth on popcorn. I had a toothache from hell last week and I was brought to tears in pain. My mother knows Dr. Mow from her chiropractor office and called his office to get me an emergency appointment. Allison scheduled my appointment for the same day and was just the absolute sweetest, she was so kind and gentle. I cried the entire visit, heavily from anxiety and pain.. the dental hygienist, I forgot her name I was in so much pain, was just so unbelievably kind to me. She was soothing and tried so hard to distract me from my pain. She was absolutely, hands down.. going above and beyond for me to feel comfortable and to find comfort. She even tried to get my mom to come see me, but covid regulations prevented that. I appreciated the sentiment, I was a mess and needed my mom and she recognized it. Another assistant came into check on me, too, so kind!! Finally, Dr. Mow and I met and he was very gentle and understanding. He could sense my level of fear, anxiety and pain. He walked me through everything, recommended a wonderful surgeon and prescribed antibiotics to assist. Best part was he numbed the tooth that was causing me pain so I could eat/drink, finally, after several days. I will be returning to Dr. Mow's office to receive ongoing care and work through my phobia. Thank you so much for everything!!

If you're looking for a review to stop you in your tracks, here is it. I have never left a review…read morebefore but this place I most definitely needed to tell the world about. End your search and call Moutainside family dental! You will not be disappointed! I have struggled with the thought of setting up a dental appointment for many years, more than I'd like to admit. I finally decided to set up a "Welcome back to good dental health" appointment. Nervous to say the least, my conversation started with Emma over the phone.. she was the MOST KINDest! They were even able to get me in the next day. She explained exactly how my insurance would be able to be applied and really broke it down, with NO judgment passed! Very welcoming! Turning around and running NEVER crossed my mind, in fact I was early and I just waited briefly and that could been a good chance to run. Stacy showed me back and took x-rays and pictures. She also was so VERY kind! And again not judgement at all. Talked me through every move and even had me laughing and smiling along the way. If covid didn't require us to stay 6feet apart, I probably would have hugged them both! Then there is the main man Dr. Mayer, he also was extremely kind and also no judgement passed. He was VERY gentle and really broke down a time line for getting me back on track and assured me it would be a lot easier and a lot less painful compared to the fear that had held me back for so long. So again to say the least if you have been holding off or you are looking for a more trust dentist, they are the way to go, hands down! I am excited for my journey to my improved and more confident smile.

I asked why she couldnt get something more for the severe pain and was given no answer. I called back 3x and asked to speak to the dentist. She never called me back. Atleast have the guts to speak to your customer. Find another place. Location is on the side of a grocery store too. Go to a dentist that has their own office building.
