Lo and behold, the office submitted the paperwork incorrectly and the insurance took until June 2025 to process. My insurance paid the dr (not me), THEN the dr refunded my payment less the $400 - and required me to pick up a check from the office, refusing to mail it to me. Good grief. I will not return simply because of the billing practices. I have never been asked to pay the entire amount of an insurance claim so the doctor does not have to wait for the insurance payment!!! What??!
