Picked up some food on the way home and was not disappointed. The green chili was good as was the relleno. I walked in and ordered take out and the service was prompt and they were very polite. The restauraunt is clean and decorated nicely. Definitely worth stopping in for a meal. read more

We were looking for Mexican food with large televisions so we could watch Monday night football and yelp suggested this place. And, if I must say, I'm glad it did. This was an amazing experience from the very second we walked through the door. We were seated within thirty seconds with a very friendly "sit wherever you'd like". We ordered a few beers and the chips and salsa showed up as soon as we sat down. The chips were fresh and salsa was delicious. They even gave us chilled glasses for our beers. Our server was a curly haired guy named Eleazar and he was phenomenal. We never wanted for anytime and he was soooooo polite. The food came out within ten minutes and it was hot, fresh and very well made. A nice presentation as well. I had grilled catfish dine "Mexican" style and was superb. My three other dinner goers enjoyed their meals as well. I found this place clean, well run and the food was first rate. There is great parking that is well lit and safe. This was a great dinner experience and I'm glad we found it. read more

What happened? We used to love the food here- but the quality was so low for all of us at our last visit. We came during lunch on a Saturday- it wasn't busy but our server was no where to be found most of the dinner. I ordered the tacos Al carbon and they were so bad-- I also didn't get the toppings (guacamole and salsa) until my meal had been at the table for 5 minutes. There were 7 of us and all of us thought the food was mediocre to bad. Why?! Never got a refill on my drink. read more

An amazing family owned Mexican restaurant that has plate bigger than your face. The green chili is my favorite. And it feels like you're eating with family when you're there. read more

The people were very nice and the food was great. Three of us went there and we each had something different. All of us liked what we ordered. The only thing I didn't care for was the chicken had both dark and white meat. It would taste better if it was all white meat. I won't order anything with chicken again. It would be a 5 star if it was all white meat. read more

As always, the service is good. The food used to be very good but it has been in decline for a while. Recently, we went and because the food was so awful, it was the last straw and we won't go back. The meat (chicken, steak and pork) did not seem fresh and to disguise that, it was overcooked, dry, and almost crispy. Even the basics like the rice and beans have gone down hill and are disappointing. A relleno we ordered was so overcooked it was rock hard. What happened at Gregarios? It's a shadow of its former self. read more

This place offers a very quaint small family feel and we loved that! Once we walked in we were greeted by "Mexican Elvis" and they had Elvis ribs as a special. It seems they really love Elvis around here. I ordered the shredded beef burrito which had great flavor but the shredded beef was a bit tough and dry. The cherry margarita is very delicious and has pieces of cherry within it. I would have to say my favorite thing on the menu was the PB&J quesadilla do fried ice cream. read more

A buddy recommended a late lunch at Gregorio's on a Tuesday afternoon and as usual my buddy did not let me down. I had the burrito platter and it was quite good. Served hot and delicious. It was a slow early week afternoon, but the service was good and friendly. The interior was comfortable and the restrooms were neat and clean. I will be back. read more

Service was great. Took a large party here for a lunch get together. Food is not what it used to be. We unfortunately overstayed our welcome because the OWNER HIMSELF came over and shooed us away. The place was not exactly hoppin at lunchtime on a Tuesday. Don't worry, we won't be back. read more

Both the food and service has always been excellent! It's one of my favorite restaurants to eat quality, Mexican food!

A co-worker recommended this restaurant as his family has been coming here for years. We came for breakfast today and had a great experience. For starters I love homey hole in the wall restaurants and this one fit that bill. The chips and salsa were delicious and it was obvious they are making the tortilla chips in house. I went with the huevos rancheros with Christmas chili, beans and rice. The hubs got a huge breakfast burrito. The spice levels were perfect and the rice on my dish was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. read more

My mom and I wanted to eat before our work shifts and she wanted to take me here. We were seated right away and our waiter was at our table in a flash. Our food was out in not time and I have to say I was disappointed. The beans and rice were your average mexican restaurant staple, which wasn't bad at all. However, the beef in my tacos tasted off and I didn't finish them. I'm hoping it was just my taste buds or an off day for them, but this restaurant is definitely worth a try! We were in and out so fast, which is good when you're in a time crunch. read more

So disappointed! We went to a place I love for their best crispy tacos, but they changed their hours. My friend was still craving crispy tacos so we went here. The tacos sat like bowling balls in our stomachs (we only ate 2 of the 3) . By time you get to your second taco, it's greasy and gross. The flavor was bland, boring and strange. We each ordered a well drink. They barely had alcohol in them and were $11.00 each. No price on the menu (it said ask your server). Service was just okay. Live an learn - such a shame read more

Came in for the first time and am leaving very happy with the excellent service from Arturo. I really like the chips and salsa very much. The atmosphere was lovely and they have plenty of parking. Ok- I've been struggling to find a great Mexican restaurant .. That being said we really wanted Mexican last night - this spot was close so we stop in! It was a busy Saturday night and we were sat in the back - we both order a combo plate with no meats The guys working were pleasant and brought us drinks..the Horchata was good Our food comes soon after ... I have to say it was okay ..pretty standard The enchilada wasent as good as the chili relleno But I would not say it was bad at all... The bill came and I was $30 ..I thought that was a bit much ..but whatever I guess the search continues !!! read more

Food is good, chili is spicy but good. Pretty good proportions but add ons are limited and a little pricey. Drinks were good. Salsa was good. The atmosphere is a little dated but it's clean. Our waitress was very nice and fast. read more

Not the best in town that's for sure. The green chili had weird texture, forgot to ask for the extra hot although the flavor overall was not bad. The salsa was ok no cilantro which was good. We had breakfast burritos, which was one of the cheapest items on the menu. They consisted of eggs, potatoes and beans, $9.50 but when cheese was added the price went up to $10.50. Everything else on the menu was way overpriced. Servers were courteous and friendly. However the prices will keep up us from coming back. read more

The menus were dirty. We ordered a chicken chimi the chicken tasted old and the guac was sour. The chips were burnt. The manager was rude and so was our server. Although the preponderance of reviews of Gregorio's are very good, I'm surprised to see the number of negative reviews. Based on our experience, I was going to give Gregorio's the benefit of the doubt and up their rightful 3.5 star review to 4. For two reasons, however, I'm going to drop it to 3: an apparent inconsistency which, taken together, the reviews speak to, and the prices. I don't usually lead with price and value, but since I raised it, I will speak to it. Combination plates start at $13.95 and go up to $16.95. Seafood and meat specialties push $20. Prices aren't obscene. But relative to the competition - other family-owned, neighborhood, prominently Tex-Mex eateries - they are a couple of bucks higher than the competition. And if you're going to be a little higher, you definitely can't afford to be inconsistent. Hence the demotion to 3 stars. Enough rationale - our experience was very good. Two pleasant dining rooms, both clean, bright and in good repair, and large flat screen TVs on every wall (I know that's not necessarily a plus, but the night we went there was an NFL playoff game on ...). Our service was gracious, prompt and attentive. Our meals came quickly and were all excellent. Other Yelpers have commented on the obviously homemade tortilla chips, and yes, they are terrific. As is the salsa. So too is the green and red chili. Nothing is mind-numbingly hot, but the salsa and chili have just enough heat to tweak your gizzard a little bit. I will be back to Gregorio's - I'm not put off by a couple of bucks a meal as long as they deliver a consistently good experience, and ours was a good experience. And hopefully they step up the consistency. read more

What a find!!! I had the most delicious Streak Rellenos ever. The owner came to our table to greet us. Service was great, food proportions large and delicious. Atmosphere was not special in any way. Oh man... this place is run by the people who used to be teamed up with Hilario's, so naturally we had to go compare. To ensure a fair comparison, I got my usual combo with a chile relleno, tostada, and enchilada. ...This place wins! Plates come out HOT, combo plates come with obviously housemade beans and rice. Price is comparable. Service is lovely. And they have multiple TVs to enjoy football on! We all left incredibly stuffed but also incredibly satisfied. read more

I ordered the carnitas plate. The carnitas looked like thin pieces of pork that were fried in a pan. I was very disappointed. I wanted the juicy chunks of pork that just fall apart.
