I'm from New Orleans and I moved to the DFW area in 2015. My teeth had plague that I could brush off and there were some sensitive spots. So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots. But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. I can't say the same for everyone. But they definitely took care of me. I recommend them to others and can't wait to go back later this month.

This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. It is a really crappy and fake response that reflects their lack of empathy.

Measurements were taken etc. and assurance of trays ordered , etc. I needed new replacement brush heads and told they were ordered and would let me know as soon as they got in . 2 weeks ; nothing I contacted them and then was told still out of brush heads and Dr. was gone and they would need to call me back about Invisalign replacements within 3 days . One week goes by I contact office with no response . Two weeks and ask for manager and to which she responds she will look into Invisalign replacement and they are still out of replacement heads for my toothbrush. She assures me she will contact me that afternoon potentially but next day for sure . AGAIN NOTHING . 1 week later I have STILL not heard any thing and I'm DONE. I'm switching dental

Dr. Lopez did so well with them that I decided to book appts for my husband and I. They were able to see us at the same time and discuss our treatment plans together. They were very forthcoming and gave us a great deal on the work we needed done. The whole staff was courteous and efficient and really cared about our comfort. Everything was clean and comfortable and you could tell that the genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Lopez is someone you can talk to and trust and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality dentist at an affordable price.

However, after my first visit here, I now have ZERO apprehension about going to my bi-annual cleanings/check ups. The front desk staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the dental assistants make sure I'm comfortable (including nitrous at the ready), and Dr. Spears always comes by to check in and explain anything that needs explaining.

I never gave them insurance bc i dot have any. Then she explained she only has certain days available and it would be with a new dentist that they are adding to their team but she not on my insurance....i again had to remind her i am self pay. The Female Dentist was personable and complimented my Oral Hygiene Care. Their equipment is modern so, it makes the X-rays comfortable. The D.A. polished my teeth with a flavored mint on top and a flavored Cherry polish on my bottom teeth. What nice treat? The polish was not too gritty either. She also flossed my teeth and really got in between them. Such a nice feeling! I have not had someone floss my teeth like that before! They offer a free Dental Kit for their Patients. Just grab one as you leave. So, if you have not scheduled your 6 months routine cleaning. I would book it here. Im sure you won't regret it.

My dentist, Dr Saheb (she was kind, and I should've waiting till she was back) was out that day, so I saw Dr Al-Gaissi instead. He was extremely condescending, cold, and rude. I have never been so disrespected by a health professional in my life. He completely dismissed my pain - cut me off to tell me "you'd be screaming if it hurt," when using air to check for sensitivity. Told me I had "horrible" build up and that I was past due for cleaning (I had gotten my teeth deep cleaned the week before). And asked no additional questions, really driving home his complete apathy for my situation. I could tell even the dental hygienist was shocked at his behavior, because while he left me in tears - she provided more comfort and advice for if the pain persisted. She was the best part of my multi-appointment experience. I do not recommend this office to anyone. While they were quick to get me in - I wish I had gotten care elsewhere.

I had to check it out. The reviews were amazing. They all seemed to be five star reviews. I have had many problems in the past with Dentist and I have avoided them since 2013. By now my mouth is a disaster zone. The quality of care from the beginning was top-notch and they are very understanding and gentle with you. You get a wonderful experience when you arrive, greeted with smiles, and everyone treats you with respect. They seem to know that you're going through some issues. They are even more gentle if they know you've had problems in the past and you might fear the dentist. I'm happy I found this place and I look forward to the work that's going to be done here. Dr. Parikh is awesome and I'm glad I found this place .
