He has great showmanship and every second is entertaining watching him. All of his tricks were mind blowing and makes you wonder how he did it. The theater is really nice and you can get a great view from any angle. We were lucky enough to get the high top tables and awesome view. I do like how it is a smaller theater in order to see him close up. He does choose a good amount of people for his tricks and he's so funny interacting with them. Must see show!!

My husband and I made a last-minute decision to see a magician while we were in Vegas this past…read moreweekend, and Mat Franco's show quickly came up in my internet search. High reviews and a Groupon deal. It was a no-brainer. The seating at the venue felt similar to a comedy show. The seats in the back were behind high tables, and the seats in the front were arranged in several rows without anything in between. Just beware: if you purchase tickets on Groupon, you only select the section and can be placed all the way to the side, like we were. Nonetheless, Mat's show was so good that it was still enjoyable from a not-ideal angle. I don't want to spoil the magic, but I must say his show was so well-rounded. It had a variety of different tricks, and he puts a fresh spin on each one, so even if you think that's where the trick should end, Mat is always a couple of steps ahead. He also sprinkles comedy throughout, and a lot of it seems to be on the fly since it involves audience members. Mat even pulls on the heartstrings at times. I didn't even realize he had won America's Got Talent until some videos played from when he competed. I'm sure I watched him back then, but I'm glad I got to see him in person too! His show will not disappoint, and given that it was an hour and a half, I think the price we paid for the second row was well worth it. Also, after the show, I saw a guy offer money to get an autograph from Mat. So if that's what you're after, I think it's possible. No guarantees, of course.

Even sitting there knowing you should be able to catch something, you simply can't. Every trick left the audience looking at each other wondering how this was possible. What I appreciated most was that the show wasn't just about nonstop card tricks. There was a great mix of magic, humor, and audience participation, and storytelling that kept the pacing fresh from beginning to end. Whether you're a fan of magic of just looking for a unique Vegas show, I'd recommend Limitless without hesitation. I will say that at it's current location at the Strat, I'd suggest buying seats that are further away from the stage if you don't want the tricks spoiled for you. My husband and I were seated next to the stage (stage left) and unfortunately could see how many of the tricks were done because of how close our seats were to the performance. (Ex: one of the fabric backdrops has a secret opening that up close, is visibly more dirty than the rest of the backdrop.) On the flip side, if you want to see how the tricks are done, get the VIP seats next to the stage. I won't spoil it by explaining which tricks get spoiled, but you'll see at least 4-5. My husband and I still had a good time but I think I'd enjoy it more if the tricks were still a mystery.
