Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. He walked through the whole backyard and told me, not only the damaged trees, but ones that needed servicing right away to protect my family and house. He was informative and showed signs that other tree were being attacked by carpenter ants which I had no idea. We called Rob for a quote and to help paint a vision for design. This is where Rob shines. We only knew that we wanted a focal point, fire pit area for entertaining and to reclaim much of the unusable, untamed land. Rob brought in pictures, samples, walked the property with me and my Wife multiple times as we refined and honed the vision. With this type of larger scale land and hard-scaping it would be nearly impossible to design the entire project ahead of time. That's where our faith in Rob and the Sinacori crew is essential. Rob actually grew up in our sub and between that, seeing many of their projects first hand and knowing their excellent reputation we moved forward with a $25k+ project that we felt was a reasonable price for the scope of work. The best way for us to describe the outcome is one word - oasis. The project took 6 days in total and started with brush removal and excavating a path to what would become the dramatic fire pit focal point dug out of the side of a sloping hill. Each day Rob would meet with us multiple times to update on progress, ask questions and plan for the coming stages/work. This gave us time to think and plan and made for an incredibly collaborative relationship that translated into a project that has exceeded our expectations. Each day the crew was on time, stayed the expected duration, were efficient and thoroughlu cleaned up at the end of the day. Very impressed with their work ethic. I can't possibly do justice to the process and outcome in this write up other than to say - if you are considering any size project please give Rob and the Sonacori Team a call and trust in their incredibly skilled, plan full, efficient and professional approach. Please view my previous and current out of business photos. Previously in the past two years I have purchased deliveries of firewood as seen in my photos attached. This business also sold mulch, stones, rocks for landscaping residents with a delivery fee. The firewood delivery from 10/22/2022 was seasoned and burned very well in my family room fireplace with insert and adjustable heat blower fan. The salesman and owner was Joel and secretary Cindy very helpful on the phone and in person. (photo attached of business card) Driver Geoff was polite and efficient with the dump truck and my property with a charge for delivery of $40.00. The price of firewood was good and satisfied my need to burn in the Fall and Winter cold months in Michigan. Now when I called the office at the beginning of January to request a firewood delivery I heard a long recording with selections to different departments and then was never connected. Instead I left 3 messages and as of today I called and left My final message that I am no longer a happy customer. If they have moved to another location then SAY SO! If they have completely gone out of business then SAY SO or leave a sign message on the office doors out front! Lack of communication for 4 weeks to customers calling is very impolite! Being a single woman, it's common to feel like you're being talked down to by contractors, but that was never the case with these guys. I felt very comfortable with Steve, the guy who comes out to quote jobs, from day one. Once the work began, I met Casey, Steve's son, and their great crew of guys. Casey was just as wonderful as Steve, and their crew of guys were friendly and hard-working. They were very efficient and finished the work at my house pretty quickly, but you would never know how quickly based on the quality of the job and the way they left my property. They left my place looking so much better than before they were here and my patio looks amazing! My only regret is not hiring them to work on the front of my house as well, as the front now pales in comparison to the back! I would not hesitate to recommend or to hire these guys again.
