The inspector I hired negligently did not inspect the entire home, if he did he would see that the home is on a well and septic. This information could have been found due to the well tank being visible and inside a closet of the home. The well tank should have been noted on the inspection since I paid to have the entire home inspected. The inspector informed me he failed to inspect this closet and told me to file a claim with BPG. Not only did BPG not cover my claim they also did not take any accountability for this MAJOR mistake. This company acts without honesty, integrity, and also did not take an ounce of accountability. This mistake cost me $3,000, but could have cost more if the septic was not in good condition. It also denied me the chance to negotiate this repair with the seller. I am utterly disappointed and I will tell everyone I can to not do business with this company.

I paid a professional 500.00 to clean out the house because the reviews I read said that they will find something to charge you for and try to sue you. They still charged me 370.00. They make it so tedious to dispute the charges so that its easier to just pay them. They charge to come out to fix the garbage disposal, they charge to unclog the drain, and it waz never totally fixed because it continued to drain slow. We continue to contact them about problems and they drag them out. So when we moved out it was still draining slow and they are charging us for a problem they previously charged for, but nevet fixed. They are charging us for window screens that were NEVER installed, they are charging us for a porch light that nevet worked. I do not recommend any rent from these people especially if you are living paycheck to paycheck. I cosigned for my daughter and I feel like if I wasn't there to help guide her they would have charged her for much much more. The last problem i will speak about out of MANY is the air filter. They gave us the wrong size and when there was a problem they tried to say we put it in wrong. Ms Duggan acted as the seller's agent in our recent home purchase. At first, we thought that the…read moreprocess had gone smoothly and that everything was on the up-and-up. However, two weeks after the closing we discovered that a fairly lengthy list of repairs to the property, repairs negotiated in the purchase, had not been completed. We reached out to Ms Duggan through the realtor who had assisted us in the purchase. At first, Ms Duggan informed us that her repair company had determined that the repairs were "unnecessary." When reminded that the list of repairs was a contractual item that had already been negotiated, she arranged for the repair company to provide an estimate. The name in the space for "customer" on the estimate was "TBD." This part of the process took well over a month, When our realtor asked Ms Duggan to confirm that the sellers would pay for the repairs, she immediately stopped returning his phone calls and emails. When, after two weeks, we reached out to Ms Duggan ourselves, she ignored our contact as well. The managing broker at F. C. Tucker Geist also ignored us; but in a face-to-face meeting, Joe Dowd informed us that their only responsibility is to the seller and that we had no business contacting her about this matter. More than three months after closing, we found and telephoned the sellers. They told us that Ms Duggan had never contacted them at all about any issue of incomplete repairs. In reviewing the paperwork for the contract, we also discovered that the document in which the sellers accept the list of repairs had been created the day before closing and was not signed by the sellers until five days *after* the closing. Ms Duggan's refusal to perform this part of her service has gone on for 3-1/2 months of wasting our time, and we still have no resolution to the issue of incomplete repairs. Based on her sloppy paperwork (the post-dated contract item), her refusal to perform as a go-between for seller and buyer, and her decision to simply stonewall both our realtor and us; we believe that Ms Duggan does not act with the best interests of the public in mind. As a consequence, we give her the lowest possible rating: one star.
