He kept us within budget, and caught a lot of red flags we would have otherwise missed. We learned so much from our experience with Michael, always making sure to keep us informed and educating us along the way. In a competitive market, he was always available and was tenacious in his pursuit for our ideal home. It was like having a family member in our corner. He negotiated shrewdly on our behalf, going above and beyond to secure the best possible deal. We truly couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience, and we will certainly be returning to Michael and the Vearus Group with future real estate needs.

She assessed how we address projects very well. Saman was very good about explaining the details at each step of the process. Although there had been some changes to the law with regard to brokers for the seller and the buyer recently, Saman was knowledgeable in the basics and Howard affected us. She interacted with her seller broker counterpart on our behalf. The seller made certain requests of us which we were able to provide. We were able to get one or two items corrected such as a hole in the drywall in the garage to bring the condo we were buying up to code. This was done with minimum of interaction on our part and efficient communication between Saman and her seller broker counterpart. She listened to our needs, found a condo that we liked in a neighborhood that we liked very quickly. She helped us negotiate a proper price. She helped with the process of securing the loan, the mortgage expenses, in terms of reminders, interacted with the title company successfully and was able to get us in to see the condo in a short period of time after we requested it. I would recommend Saman Baig highly to anyone in the Fishers area trying to, purchase their home.

I needed to buy a home for my daughter and I and the situation wasn't ideal at all! I had very little money to put down. There isn't much inventory out there to purchase... currently in May 2023 it's still a sellers' market! The rates are higher than they have been in recent years! You name it... I had the challenges of all challenges! Today I am officially a homeowner and it would NOT HAVE HAPPENED if it weren't for the hard work, dedication, selflessness, creativity, experience and education that Shelly has that made it possible! Shelly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is always available to answer your questions. She has great communication overall. Not only does Shelly and her team have years of experience but they stay on top of what is currently happening in the market with their podcast 'Indy Real Estate Market'. This means she will guide you to do what is best for your situation. There isn't anything she won't do to make sure you are taken care of. I watched her help the sellers agent on my deal. Work through a lower appraisal than our offer without any hiccups. Got me the best inspector out there! (Thank you, CLEAR VIEW INSPECTIONS, LLC!!) She even met and PAID the HVAC guy at the property so I could get a gas leak fixed while I was out of town! I mean COME ON who does that! She educated me on my options to get a lower rate on my mortgage. Again, she goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her clients! She truly cares about what is important to you. She won't push you to do something that isn't in your best interest. She breaks down all your options and works night and day to make things happen. I am FOREVER grateful for how hard she worked for me! My daughter and I feel so blessed to have her to work with! This process could have been a lot more painful if I had an agent that didn't care so much. Thank you SHELLY WALTERS REALTY for all you did for me! I give my highest endorsement to Tracie Nix as a Real Estate Professional. Tracey Nix and her…read morestaff helped me with my last home purchase. In my adult life, I have purchased 5 different houses involving real estate agents. I am also regularly involved with real estate agents through my work. Tracie was truly a cut above. Tracie has a keen understanding of her market and the trends in the industry. I can't say enough about the care and professionalism she showed. Tracie and her team were relentless in their efforts to help me find the right place, tailoring their efforts to my needs and my very specific preferences. She quickly gained an understanding of who I was, what I was looking for and consistently pointed me in smart directions. She has scrupulous attention to detail and consistently found properties that were real possibilities. But she never pandered with fake salesmanship. When we went through houses, she had a sharp eye and noticed problems that I did not. In all of our dealings she seemed more like a family member looking to help me as a person, not a glad-hander trying to simply advance the sales process. I saw many houses, over multiple days, during a rather extended search. She was patient and remained diligent and involved long after others would have moved on to easier clients. In a market that favored the seller, she helped me understand where the traps were and helped me see the entire picture. There were some houses I considered seriously. Most agents would have just pushed the sale and looked to make the fastest commission possible. But Tracie always seemed more interested in helping me find what I was looking for at the right price, not just finding the fastest commission available. She eventually walked into a home and knew it was perfect for me. She got me there immediately, knowing it would not last long. It had everything I was hoping for and more. I quickly knew I wanted it to be my home. She took the lead in getting me a fair deal that I still believe was very favorable to me. I negotiate as part of my occupation, and she even took an approach that I had never used before. After the deal was made, knowing the distractions in my busy world, she shepherded me through the inspections, clarifications and resolutions needed prior to closing. After closing she provided check lists and followed up with check-ins relative to establishing utilities and other elements of my transition. She always seemed to know just the right people and best approach to address issues that came up. But her service did not end at closing or even when I moved in. When I needed vendors, contractors or just "that guy to help", she was always available to give savvy recommendations. Heck, she even checked in with me in the months that followed to make sure I had filed the appropriate material to obtain homestead tax protection. I had, of course, because she had outlined the issue and the process long before the filing was due. Tracie is not just a salesperson. She provides complete service relating to the most important asset that most of us ever own. I now have a home that I feel proud of every day I wake up here. Tracie Nix was a true blessing during an important period in my life. She earned the praise I am giving her in this note. Do yourself a favor and reach out to her if you are looking for an agent. You will not regret it.

We recently had the BEST experience buying a house with Tracey Nix! We have moved 11 times over 40+…read moreyears with my husband's career and never have we had such a fabulous, insightful realtor. We were moving to Fishers from IL and quickly discovered that Tracey not only knew the area thoroughly but also was very familiar with building construction, which proved invaluable as we toured multiple homes. She always pointed out important details that we hadn't even thought about. And tour we did! Tracey always made herself available, on a moment's notice sometimes, and since we were long distance, she even toured homes without us, sending us the detailed videos. Tracey has a noticeable passion for real estate and truly enjoys looking at homes. The home we ended up buying she found by herself one day while driving around looking at possibilities and new areas for us. It was new construction and when we toured the house with her she asked so many detailed questions about the building process that really helped in the sale. We then learned that she used to work for a builder. Tracey really listens and gets to know what you're looking for, down to the last detail. One particularly helpful aspect of house hunting with Tracey is that with each house she will add up the dollar amount of improvements you tell her the house would need for it to work for you so that you know your "all in" price. She also can tell you the quality of the finishings, how long things might last, the make-up of the neighborhood, and countless other things you didn't even know that you needed to know! Tracey is also a lot of fun to work with and truly cares that she finds you the "just right" home. And get this! We had over 300 quality moving boxes from our professional mover and tons of wrapping paper to dispose of. Knowing that she had clients needing boxes, she personally made countless trips to our home collecting them and delivering them to various people to use. She even offered to pick up the rest when we are finished unpacking just to help us out. She also was very helpful at our closing (closing on a new home is a bit different) and ended up saving us a lot of money in taxes and fees in the end, which we were not expecting. She's great on the financial end and is a good steward of your funds. With Tracey you will get top-notch, enthusiastic service by a warm, knowledgeable real estate agent who loves looking at homes, knows Indy and knows her stuff!
