I have lost all faith in Tricon and I feel like they only care about the MONEY. This is going on 3 months of NO response aside from an automated message saying it's "escalated". I first reached out in December when I noticed the $70 in extra charges. Adding $50 for the SEWER, WITHOUT NOTICE is wrong. Almost $20 a month for trash with NO NOTICE is also wrong. The reviews are really telling. Charging tenants after they leave, even though they clean and prep the house, ZERO communication on issues like mine, etc. Will I hear from anyone? I'm at a loss and as a tenant with a growing family WE DESERVE BETTER.

Buyers please DO NOT do business with this company. After paying the inspector to perform a home…read moreinspection and sewer scope I was advised that this home was connected to city water and sewer. The inspector I hired negligently did not inspect the entire home, if he did he would see that the home is on a well and septic. This information could have been found due to the well tank being visible and inside a closet of the home. The well tank should have been noted on the inspection since I paid to have the entire home inspected. The inspector informed me he failed to inspect this closet and told me to file a claim with BPG. Not only did BPG not cover my claim they also did not take any accountability for this MAJOR mistake. This company acts without honesty, integrity, and also did not take an ounce of accountability. This mistake cost me $3,000, but could have cost more if the septic was not in good condition. It also denied me the chance to negotiate this repair with the seller. I am utterly disappointed and I will tell everyone I can to not do business with this company.
