Eric is very easy to work with; not pushy but always helpful with decisions when asked. We found a house we wanted before our house was on the market so we needed to sell ours asap. Our house was sold in 3 weeks! We were able to buy the home we wanted before it was sold to someone else. Eric's advice and guidance made all the difference! He was very responsive to calls, texts, and emails and always made us feel like we were his only clients even though he had dozens of other clients at the same time. In my opinion Eric went above and beyond what we expected in every way. He definitely made a big impression on me as he was honest, up front, ethical, and always cheerful! I would highly recommend this group of agents!

Her attention-to-detail with listing included: a beautiful laminated bound booklet to hand out at showings and the open house, and cute customized signs throughout the house showed whimsy and highlight positives to potential buyers. From a buyer-perspective, she is savvy about all the inner workings of a house and you can count on her to tell it like it is, negatives along with positives. Update 7/6/21 We have used Kelly yet again, this time as a buyer. We were not the easiest buyers to work with this time, taking almost a year to find an Indy house that fit our criteria and we had some job relocation bumps to navigate, cold feet, false starts, etc. Kelly was patient, continuing to advocate and steer us in the right direction. At times, she seemed to remember our wants and needs as individuals and a family when we would be tempted to forget. We now are proud owners of a beautiful Butler Tarkington home (Kelly is an area aficionado). She is just the best.

I considered investment properties vs buying a full-time residence and she guided me through the logic behind what would be needed for each. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who appreciates local history and architecture. She has in-depth knowledge of Indy neighborhoods, an understanding of local history and common building practices for older builds. Her expertise was critical in finding a property that worked for our little family. Looking forward to working with her and her team in the future. I'd highly recommend working with Kelly as a listing or buying agent. She's a blast to work with and makes what could be a stressful process easy. We're very happy with our new home and are settling in nicely.

Luckily, he accepted us as clients, and through the course of selling our home and buying another, he's become our friend. Even our teenagers think he's cool, and we all know teenagers are hard to impress! DaShawn listened to our needs and wants and developed strategies to make them happen. He presented strategies to us first and let us pick which ones to employ so we always felt in control. If we didn't understand something and asked for his professional advice, he explained it clearly, and gave us pros and cons on how different scenarios have played out for his previous clients. Working with DaShawn was such a positive experience overall. I recommend him without hesitation!

DaShawn was also the only realtor we reached out to that wanted to jump on a call with us to really get to know our needs (other than bed/bath count), which was the reason we chose him as our realtor in the first place. He pointed out "quick flips" as we were touring, which was very helpful for us; he taught us to look under the cosmetics of things like flooring and paint. Where we could have used more support from DaShawn was during the negotiation / closing process. Had we not done our own research and had a good understanding of unique ways to write an offer, the outcome may have been different. Additionally, once our offer was accepted, we felt we had to do a lot of reaching out to DaShawn on progress of closing, and felt mislead on the seller's perspective of getting to an agreement on the sale of the house and the additional lot next door. Overall, we enjoyed working with him and would recommend DaShawn to more experienced home buyers.

I lived at the Llanhurst Apartments and in the year I lived there the owners had changed management companies 3 times. In August my car was vandalized (a brick thrown at my windshield and it was egged). I did not get it back for 2 1/2 months and the second management company was extremely understanding that it would heavily affect my income on top of having extreme mental and physical health issues. The building is heavily infested with roaches and thankfully Kline Properties had exterminators come out but around the time City Place was taking over it was due for another round, which they never did so the bugs got very bad. During the process of City Place taking over management the entire building did not have heat for over a week at the end of January, which was coldest month of 2026. I received one 300 sq portable radiator for my 2 bedroom 1,200 sq apartment, which is not adequate as temporary heating. I was unable to stay in my apartment and had to stay at a friends house because of it. City Place officially took over February 1st and because of the heating issue with no communication besides a paper taped downstairs well over 5 days of having no heat, I put in my 30 day notice on February 6th. They wrongly filed an eviction on me on February 19th AFTER I put my notice in and requested a payment plan. I called them, was told to send my payment plan over (even though I had already emailed them asking to set one up and never got a response?) and it would be forwarded to the owners for approval. I heard NOTHING back. I was charged $500 for legal fees, ALL of March's rent, utilities, pet fees, and etc. although they changed the locks on March 10th. It is an absolute shame the way I was treated as a young adult already struggling with financial and extreme physical health issues, and I wouldn't doubt they've done this to people in far worse situations than I am. Kline Properties were extremely respectful, kind, understanding and communicated to the building better than City Place did while they were taking over management. Please stop treating tenants like they are a paycheck. They are human beings just like you deserving of respect!!!!! I'm sure they will comment about how I still have a balance but because of above said circumstances I'm sure that would be obviously understandable to most.
