Our move was a bit more complex, as we needed to find a home not just for our family, but also for a family member moving with us, each with their own set of needs. During a weekend visit, Jennie essentially became my personal guide to the Carmel and Fishers area, taking the time to tour homes, walk me through different neighborhoods, and help us weigh our options. She truly listened to our criteria and went above and beyond to find options that fit our unique situation. With Jennie's help, we found the perfect homes for both our family and our family member. She supported us throughout the entire process, from virtual open houses to navigating escrow, and even continued to be a resource afterward, connecting us with contractors, plumbers, and painters as we settled in. Jennie genuinely cares about her clients, takes pride in her work, and sets high standards on their behalf. Over these past few months, she's become not just a trusted real estate partner, but a friend I still reach out to as we make Carmel our home.

She walked me and my husband (first time home buyers) through the entire process--from looking at re-sales to eventually deciding on a new build--and was extremely attentive to our needs. She was thorough in following up with the builders throughout the entire process and attended construction meetings for us as our "in-person" advocate (as we were still living out of state during construction, so we attended most meetings via FaceTime). If you're looking for someone who will provide personable, professional and impeccable service, I'd highly recommend Sheila!

Tom Galovic is the absolute best in the business. My husband and I were initially looking to lease,…read morebut ended up shopping the Indy market to own in the downtown area. Tom was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our ever-changing plans. We were in Texas the majority of the time, but he always kept us updated and on track. When we came to Indy, we had only 5 days from the time we found the home we wanted to put an offer in for to the time we were flying back to Texas, and Tom was able to start the negotiating process as well as set up a home inspection before we left. He and his team worked around our tight schedule, always making sure someone was available to show us properties or be there with us for the home inspection. He was constantly in contact with our lenders and with us, making sure that our loan was going through smoothly. When we found out Wells Fargo couldn't do the loan 1 week before we were scheduled to close, (loooooonnnng story, nothing to do with Tom of Indy Plus Realty Group or even WF, really just the huge careless mistake of one particular loan officer), Tom tried his hardest to accommodate us as we had already scheduled movers, trucks, etc. in order to drive up from Texas and move in on the original date. He went so far as to try to bargain with the sellers for us to move in prior to the closing date and even offered to pay for storage for our stuff if it didn't work out. He was always easy to reach, prompt at returning phone calls, emails or texts. He fought for us even at closing, making sure every one of our concerns was addressed by the sellers. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable about the Indy area, particularly with the downtown area. He has lots of experience with working with IU physicians and employees. Indy Plus Realty Group has a great program for first time physician home owners where they give you back a percentage of their realtor fees. He has great working relationships with lenders, home inspectors, etc. and the people he recommended were all really wonderful as well. Tom and his team are the kind of people that you want to work with; they're professional, honest and diligent. You will not regret working with this group. They are, hands-down, the best.

I give my highest endorsement to Tracie Nix as a Real Estate Professional. Tracey Nix and her…read morestaff helped me with my last home purchase. In my adult life, I have purchased 5 different houses involving real estate agents. I am also regularly involved with real estate agents through my work. Tracie was truly a cut above. Tracie has a keen understanding of her market and the trends in the industry. I can't say enough about the care and professionalism she showed. Tracie and her team were relentless in their efforts to help me find the right place, tailoring their efforts to my needs and my very specific preferences. She quickly gained an understanding of who I was, what I was looking for and consistently pointed me in smart directions. She has scrupulous attention to detail and consistently found properties that were real possibilities. But she never pandered with fake salesmanship. When we went through houses, she had a sharp eye and noticed problems that I did not. In all of our dealings she seemed more like a family member looking to help me as a person, not a glad-hander trying to simply advance the sales process. I saw many houses, over multiple days, during a rather extended search. She was patient and remained diligent and involved long after others would have moved on to easier clients. In a market that favored the seller, she helped me understand where the traps were and helped me see the entire picture. There were some houses I considered seriously. Most agents would have just pushed the sale and looked to make the fastest commission possible. But Tracie always seemed more interested in helping me find what I was looking for at the right price, not just finding the fastest commission available. She eventually walked into a home and knew it was perfect for me. She got me there immediately, knowing it would not last long. It had everything I was hoping for and more. I quickly knew I wanted it to be my home. She took the lead in getting me a fair deal that I still believe was very favorable to me. I negotiate as part of my occupation, and she even took an approach that I had never used before. After the deal was made, knowing the distractions in my busy world, she shepherded me through the inspections, clarifications and resolutions needed prior to closing. After closing she provided check lists and followed up with check-ins relative to establishing utilities and other elements of my transition. She always seemed to know just the right people and best approach to address issues that came up. But her service did not end at closing or even when I moved in. When I needed vendors, contractors or just "that guy to help", she was always available to give savvy recommendations. Heck, she even checked in with me in the months that followed to make sure I had filed the appropriate material to obtain homestead tax protection. I had, of course, because she had outlined the issue and the process long before the filing was due. Tracie is not just a salesperson. She provides complete service relating to the most important asset that most of us ever own. I now have a home that I feel proud of every day I wake up here. Tracie Nix was a true blessing during an important period in my life. She earned the praise I am giving her in this note. Do yourself a favor and reach out to her if you are looking for an agent. You will not regret it.

We recently had the BEST experience buying a house with Tracey Nix! We have moved 11 times over 40+…read moreyears with my husband's career and never have we had such a fabulous, insightful realtor. We were moving to Fishers from IL and quickly discovered that Tracey not only knew the area thoroughly but also was very familiar with building construction, which proved invaluable as we toured multiple homes. She always pointed out important details that we hadn't even thought about. And tour we did! Tracey always made herself available, on a moment's notice sometimes, and since we were long distance, she even toured homes without us, sending us the detailed videos. Tracey has a noticeable passion for real estate and truly enjoys looking at homes. The home we ended up buying she found by herself one day while driving around looking at possibilities and new areas for us. It was new construction and when we toured the house with her she asked so many detailed questions about the building process that really helped in the sale. We then learned that she used to work for a builder. Tracey really listens and gets to know what you're looking for, down to the last detail. One particularly helpful aspect of house hunting with Tracey is that with each house she will add up the dollar amount of improvements you tell her the house would need for it to work for you so that you know your "all in" price. She also can tell you the quality of the finishings, how long things might last, the make-up of the neighborhood, and countless other things you didn't even know that you needed to know! Tracey is also a lot of fun to work with and truly cares that she finds you the "just right" home. And get this! We had over 300 quality moving boxes from our professional mover and tons of wrapping paper to dispose of. Knowing that she had clients needing boxes, she personally made countless trips to our home collecting them and delivering them to various people to use. She even offered to pick up the rest when we are finished unpacking just to help us out. She also was very helpful at our closing (closing on a new home is a bit different) and ended up saving us a lot of money in taxes and fees in the end, which we were not expecting. She's great on the financial end and is a good steward of your funds. With Tracey you will get top-notch, enthusiastic service by a warm, knowledgeable real estate agent who loves looking at homes, knows Indy and knows her stuff!

It took nearly 2 weeks to be repaired. I made upgrades to the unit to the tune of $1500 which he agreed to pay for (in writing) and then reneged on the agreement. When I contacted the owner directly, he informed me that Ken had not told him anything. To make matters worse, the condo was filthy when I moved in. I cleaned it myself. When I moved out, it was pristine, in far far better shape than when I moved in. He charged me $150 for a dirty oven. I took pics of the oven to show that it was clean. And this was after he decided not to pay me for the bathroom fixtures, painting of 3 rooms, curtains/rods, TV mount and multiple vents that had been placed. This was a disappointing and unfair situation all the way around. Ken Fisher is an unprofessional, uncaring and unfair person to do any sort of business with! BEWARE!
