My first one was to respond to something within 48 hours and luckily I was able to shift my day to accommodate within 24. The downside was that I rushed to get here and somebody chose to close early. 0 stars!!! A…read morenightmare to deal with! As a landlord he was not at all responsive to issues that came up through the year, most notably the A/C which failed a month after I moved in. It took nearly 2 weeks to be repaired. I made upgrades to the unit to the tune of $1500 which he agreed to pay for (in writing) and then reneged on the agreement. When I contacted the owner directly, he informed me that Ken had not told him anything. To make matters worse, the condo was filthy when I moved in. I cleaned it myself. When I moved out, it was pristine, in far far better shape than when I moved in. He charged me $150 for a dirty oven. I took pics of the oven to show that it was clean. And this was after he decided not to pay me for the bathroom fixtures, painting of 3 rooms, curtains/rods, TV mount and multiple vents that had been placed. This was a disappointing and unfair situation all the way around. Ken Fisher is an unprofessional, uncaring and unfair person to do any sort of business with! BEWARE!
