I was referred to her by my father and ever since then she's been the only realtor I ever felt the need to work with and was such an amazing resource during the search for our first home. Through all of the ups & downs of this housing market Andrea was always there to help guide us and answer any questions we had and if she was not able to make it she always had a trustworthy alternate to fill in for her. I would not have wanted to go through this process without her. She's thoughtful, reliable, & goes the extra mile to protect her clients which definitely put our minds at ease. Both my wife and I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy, sell, or build to get in contact with Andrea Lacy.

She always had our best interest in mind and was always there to answer questions and even find out the things we weren't able to ask. She is extremely professional and made herself available to us when we wanted to look at houses. Even when she wasn't available, she found someone else to come along to look at houses with us, which lead us to looking in a new build community where we ended up building our home. I appreciate all the information she provided and making our process go so smoothly. She was there for every step along the home building process, which gave us peace of mind. Andrea even recommended a great private inspector for us to use. We had never used a realtor in the past, as this was our first home, but after our great experience with Andrea, we wouldn't buy or sell another home without her help! Thank you so much!

I have been working with Mamadou Gueye as my realtor. I cannot say enough positive things about…read morehim. Escrow is stressful, a nightmare and extreme anxiety of up on day, down the next, greedy actions of everyone wanting their piece of the pie. Mamadou was calm, effortless, streamlined, and consummate professional. No question was ever put off. He ANSWERS his phone. He ANSWERS his phone people! He negotiated very technical aspects of a BIR. Sellers agreed to everything. Mamadou didn't have a basket case for a client because he knew what he was doing and was a straight-shooter. I am beyond pleased with him, and trust me when I say, I have bought and sold in my 51 years and this agent excited me. I will be using him in the future for any other purchases. Highly recommend him and This agency has pure gold in this agent! Mamadou, from Leslie B and Andrew C, thank you. You are a rockstar!

Jeff knows the market, knows how to navigate the buying/selling process, is professional, and works non-stop for his clients (I don't think he ever stops moving or sleeps). Interesting thing too about Jeff is that he is self employed, i.e. not affiliated with a larger realty group - so he isn't encumbered with the corporate drag. Give him a try; you will be glad you did!

Tom Galovic is the absolute best in the business. My husband and I were initially looking to lease,…read morebut ended up shopping the Indy market to own in the downtown area. Tom was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our ever-changing plans. We were in Texas the majority of the time, but he always kept us updated and on track. When we came to Indy, we had only 5 days from the time we found the home we wanted to put an offer in for to the time we were flying back to Texas, and Tom was able to start the negotiating process as well as set up a home inspection before we left. He and his team worked around our tight schedule, always making sure someone was available to show us properties or be there with us for the home inspection. He was constantly in contact with our lenders and with us, making sure that our loan was going through smoothly. When we found out Wells Fargo couldn't do the loan 1 week before we were scheduled to close, (loooooonnnng story, nothing to do with Tom of Indy Plus Realty Group or even WF, really just the huge careless mistake of one particular loan officer), Tom tried his hardest to accommodate us as we had already scheduled movers, trucks, etc. in order to drive up from Texas and move in on the original date. He went so far as to try to bargain with the sellers for us to move in prior to the closing date and even offered to pay for storage for our stuff if it didn't work out. He was always easy to reach, prompt at returning phone calls, emails or texts. He fought for us even at closing, making sure every one of our concerns was addressed by the sellers. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable about the Indy area, particularly with the downtown area. He has lots of experience with working with IU physicians and employees. Indy Plus Realty Group has a great program for first time physician home owners where they give you back a percentage of their realtor fees. He has great working relationships with lenders, home inspectors, etc. and the people he recommended were all really wonderful as well. Tom and his team are the kind of people that you want to work with; they're professional, honest and diligent. You will not regret working with this group. They are, hands-down, the best.

Our move was a bit more complex, as we needed to find a home not just for our family, but also for a family member moving with us, each with their own set of needs. During a weekend visit, Jennie essentially became my personal guide to the Carmel and Fishers area, taking the time to tour homes, walk me through different neighborhoods, and help us weigh our options. She truly listened to our criteria and went above and beyond to find options that fit our unique situation. With Jennie's help, we found the perfect homes for both our family and our family member. She supported us throughout the entire process, from virtual open houses to navigating escrow, and even continued to be a resource afterward, connecting us with contractors, plumbers, and painters as we settled in. Jennie genuinely cares about her clients, takes pride in her work, and sets high standards on their behalf. Over these past few months, she's become not just a trusted real estate partner, but a friend I still reach out to as we make Carmel our home.

I started the property management relationship with Rob in 2012 and everything was going well. For…read morethe last 4 years or so, it has been a struggle getting monthly statements, rent money that was paid by the tenants, or even a response to my emails/calls/texts. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress because the last time I heard from Rob was August 14, 2025 and the last time he sent me rent money from the tenant was November 10, 2025. I had lost my job for a period of time but finally found work and then my boyfriend recently lost his job. I've done my best to stay afloat and have put so much time and money into the house that I have really been working to keep it. If Rob was sending me the money from the tenant I would be fine, but I cannot afford to pay our rent and the mortgage anymore with only 1 income. The house was vacant last year and cost me quite a bit of money and I explained my struggles to Rob multiple times. He is a licensed real estate broker # RC51800090 and legally responsible to hold funds in trust when accepting them from a tenant on behalf of a property owner. He legally cannot participate in deceptive practices when doing business as a licensee. I have documented all the times I've attempted to reach him with no responses. If this happens to you, file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General for the state of Indiana and include the license number above. They will investigate the matter and my hope is that he will do the right thing or lose his license so he cannot do this to anyone else.
