They did this without warning, calling or anything. Apparently some of their surveys are better than others and I would, if I were you, go with a different surveying group just to be on the safe side because they've caused a great deal of frustration and headaches.

Yes, they know who I am, this is more reasons why I would stay far away from this type of management. They also mentioned in their response that you should have someone to view the apartment if out of town. Well, if you are moving to a new state, I am pretty sure I don't have someone to be my eyes! Moreover, why list a property that isn't a true picture??? Honesty goes a long way if your company have any moral or ethical values. Give people the truth up front.
