I’m DaShawn Tharpe, founder of Eighty Eight Collective with eXp Realty and a licensed REALTOR® in Indiana and Georgia. With 11 years of experience and 100+ properties sold on and off market, I specialize in helping homeowners sell with strategic pricing, targeted marketing, skilled negotiation, and expert transaction management.
I hold the SRS, PSA, RENE, and ABR designations. I’m a member of NAR, IAR, GAR, and MIBOR, and a former CIREIA board member involved with REAL with MIBOR. I earned my Business Management degree from Indiana State University.
I serve sellers throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities including Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Brownsburg, Plainfield, Avon, Greenwood, Lawrence, and Cumberland, plus Atlanta, Marietta, Decatur, and Alpharetta, Georgia.
