On Thursday, June 30th I left a voicemail asking for a return call. Friday, July 1st I sent a text as asking for a follow up. Tuesday, July 5th, I called the branch asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Tawny (last named sounded the same as Mike's, but not certain) and had to leave a voicemail asking for a return call. It's now, July 6th and I've not heard anything. I called another mortgage company, he took my info and called me back in 10 minutes to let me know I was approved. I've got excellent credit, job and income, I'm not difficult to approve. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievable! I'd recommend going ANYWHERE else but Parker Mortgage. It's now July 20th and other than a call from someone asking about my employment NO ONE has reached out. They ran my credit, it shows on my report, but ZERO communication. I found a home to buy, my offer was accepted and my financing is squared away... no thanks to Parker Mortgage. Stay far, far away!!
