Girl behind the counter confirmed that what I saw online would match up with the effects that I desired and rang me up. Whole experience probably took four minutes, two of which was joking with the security guy. Got 50% off for my first time there. Maybe next time I'll explore a little more, but for what I wanted/needed, it was perfect.

The budista who was very friendly and sweet but acted like I was getting a great deal with this lower than the bottom of the barrel bud. That really is rather offensive. I came in to buy medication and received a placebo. I wouldn't recommend this place. Not for decent medication anyway.

Got confirmations and tracking, then watched the delivery time get pushed back all night. Right before 8, the tracking link stopped working--and my order just... never showed up. No call, no message, nothing. Customer service conveniently closed at 8, so I had to use chat. After a long wait, they casually told me they were "booked" and couldn't deliver. That was it--no effort to fix it, no accountability. Next morning, I'm told my order was canceled and I need to reorder--except now it's over $30 more. Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. Took my business elsewhere and spent more without the hassle. Not the way to treat someone who's been coming back for years!
