There was a time when walking into March and Ash felt different from every other dispensary. It was bright, open, clean, professional, and welcoming. The large windows, the atmosphere, the ability to actually look around and browse the products--it felt like someone cared about creating an experience, not just making a sale. That version of March and Ash feels completely gone now. Walking in today almost feels like walking into a completely different business. The windows are covered, the openness is gone, the atmosphere feels cold and closed off, and what once felt like an upscale boutique now honestly feels more like a third-rate convenience store. And that is what is so disappointing. This wasn't a bad dispensary that needed improvement. This was a genuinely good dispensary that already had something special--and somehow, somewhere along the way, they took away the very things that made people like me want to come back. I walked in on my last visit planning to spend money. Within about five minutes, I walked back out. Not because they didn't have what I wanted. Because the place I remembered enjoying simply wasn't there anymore. Businesses change. I understand that. But there is a difference between changing and losing your identity. March and Ash used to feel like a place that cared about the customer's experience from the moment you walked through the door. Now it feels like that experience has been stripped away piece by piece. I don't write this because I hate March and Ash. I write it because I remember how good it used to be. And that's what makes seeing what it has become so disappointing.
