Got confirmations and tracking, then watched the delivery time get pushed back all night. Right before 8, the tracking link stopped working--and my order just... never showed up. No call, no message, nothing. Customer service conveniently closed at 8, so I had to use chat. After a long wait, they casually told me they were "booked" and couldn't deliver. That was it--no effort to fix it, no accountability. Next morning, I'm told my order was canceled and I need to reorder--except now it's over $30 more. Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. Took my business elsewhere and spent more without the hassle. Not the way to treat someone who's been coming back for years!

the first review is so nonsensical and out of line with everything i've experienced EVERY time i…read morego, that i felt compelled to respond to it. the people have been nothing short of kind and helpful. no one has ever said anything like what the other review describes. that review is so off the mark, that i can only assume it's another dispensary working to increase sales or the like. the biggest tip off, was when someone who claimed it's such a horrible spot, implied that he or she had been there enough to collect all the random, unbelievable comments over time. why exactly did they keep going back so often, given the options? unvelievable silliness that has driven me to spend a few moments trying to offset it. this place is way more down to earth than any of the other dispensaries i've been to. the prices (and you'll see this for yourself, of course) are more reasonable than others i've been to, and the quality has always been far better. see for yourself. i, personally, am made uncomfortable by the gangsters in most other places, and this one is the only one that makes me feel comfortable.

There is a fantastic selection of sativa, hybrid, & indicas to choose from. I always feel like I get the best bang for my buck here. Whenever I've had an issue with the pens, it's rectified by the staff with no issues. Parking lot can get a little hectic depending on what time you come or the time of the week, but there's usually plenty of parking including street parking as well (parking lot IS quite tight fyi).
