My new go-to for my sleepy meds. Buzz is probably 2-3 miles where I live and is not even the closest dispensary to me (what a time to be alive, but it has become my favorite. Here are a few reasons why... - The prices. Seriously, I love how saturated the market has become making products so much more affordable. - The selection. I tend to go for tablets that I use as sleep therapy but also occasionally buy one of the drinks from the refrigerated section. - The shopping experience. I don't love when other places have someone serve you from behind the counter, which is not the case here. Do your shopping, make your selection, and bring your items to the counter to pay... easy-peasy. The staff is constantly friendly and the crowds are lite. While I'm not here terribly often I genuinely enjoy it when I do make the pilgrimage every so often. read more

Hated the service and old weed / why is everything from buzz expired ? Bought here a few times and everytime the weed is old dry and expired read more

This was once the only dispensary I would recommend or go to but never again! They boast credit card payments taken and then you try to pay... you're asked to stand in different locations of the store for better reception, asked to swipe again, and again, and again and when that doesn't work they just say "sorry, our machines suck!" I hate carrying my debit card around AND they say take credit cards so why should I bring a second card? i went home, loaded my debit card onto my phone and went back. Guess what? They don't take tap! WTF!?! I want to redeem my points and that is the only reason I want to keep going back. So, I went back home got my debit card and finally purchased what I needed, but except for a regular flame lighter BECAUSE THEYVE BEEN OUT FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS!!! get your sh!t together!!!! read more

Customer service is great. But unfortunately the flowers are definitely hit or miss. Twice I've gotten bad flower here. Once was an 1/8 of Cream Of the Crop- all dried out and old, and another 1/8 just recently purchased on 11/27 of CBX "Tropicana" and it was also old expired, flavorless dried out flowers. So far spending over $80 on two 1/8's that are old and dried out- unusable, honestly just a waste of money because I for sure will not smoke. I wish they had better quality control, or at least open samples of these so you can see what you're getting like they do for other brands. Had I known the quality, I would not have purchased as usually these brands are good. read more

Fantastic customer service. Welcoming place. They are so nice. I didn't even have to get buzzed in like other dispensaries. They just checked my id and it was open floor to explore their products. What a wide variety of products. They also have a putting station. Such a cool spot. I will be back. read more

Great customer service always super helpful and welcoming :) Always greet at the door and help out in finding what you need read more

I purchased flower that was outdated by one year !!!! After lying to me on the phone and saying they would give me 50% off my entire next purchase when I called to verify the next day, they changed it to oh well we can give you half off your next eighth then they change it to. Oh well we can just give you a refund OK and what about my inconvenience? having to drive back here having to smoke nasty weed that should've never been on the shelf. This place is a joke. I will be talking to the general manager tomorrow. Hopefully they will do the right thing and make this right if not, I'll be contacting the health department and leaving many more reviews on many more sites read more

This week I had some of the most inconsiderate customer service. I can not give any names because I didn't ask! But the assistant manager working today March 7th and an employee from earlier this week. Both chose to not sell me a product they had on site, it had not been put in the system. I was there today because I was told for sure the product would be out for sale on Friday, today is Saturday and again I was refused service. You lost my business read more

Jane was so cool and all the staff is so friendly :). Buzz always has great deals and I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone

We are on a journey to try all the dispensaries within an hour radius of where we live. This place is THE BEST!! We had such a great first time visit the minute you walk in (we had our therapy dog with us) they offered us a treat for our dog and everyone is so nice and welcoming! The atmosphere is chill and welcoming and you can roam around its all open to you, its not locked under glass like some places. We got blessed with Destiny to show us some products, she was AMAZING - so knowledgeable and everything she recommended was spot on! This is our new favorite place and will be coming back again and again and again... read more

my roommate and i decided to give buzz in la mesa a try the other day and it was hands down one of the best i've been to if not THE best. it was extremely clean and they had a massive selection to choose from. the manager walked us through the store to figure out what we wanted and he was so welcoming and knowledgeable, i left feeling like i made a new friend . the staff was extremely friendly as well, and that's not even including the gentleman who helped us. you can tell each and every person cares about what they do there and we really enjoyed what he recommended us. overall great experience and it will for sure be our go to spot from now on. read more

What a joke.... heard it was a good deal. 40% Retail. LoL. Their idea of a discount is still paying more than you expect. They tried to sell me one of their recalled cartridges. Worst dispensary in San Diego. read more

Great spot very helpful and great prices Richard was a great guy gave me all the info I needed will be back soon!

Great diverse products. Good customer service. Nice prices, too. I recommend this dispensary in La Mesa.

I love the way the store is set up it's always so clean with tons of products. It's just the employees that need a little tune up. I'm not sure if they are all hitting the bong on their 15 minutes breaks or what, but the degree of absentmindedness is crazy. I came in last night and a really nice gentleman helped me out I told him explicitly I needed an ounce. He helped me pick it out and put it on the counter for me. I shopped around and cashed out. The prices were so amazing and my total was so low I decided to grab one more item. I then got home and realized the employee never put the ounce that WE PICKED OUT TOGETHER in my bag. Now granted he didn't charge me for it but I had to go back this morning and sort things out. I came this morning to exchange the extra item i purchased for an ounce and pay the difference. It was a different gentleman that was helping me out.. immediately he gave me an attitude and said no I had to keep the extra product. I told him what happened and reluctantly he made the exchange and WITH AN ATTITUDE helped me pick an ounce out. After check out I was standing at the counter and he looked at me like" why are you still standing here" and I said you haven't given me my purchase. Pretty much the same thing that happened the previous night almost happened again. Come on guys!!! Stop getting high on your own supply.. because of the Second Gentleman and his crappy attitude on top of not doing his job properly I will never visit this location again. The prices are great but I'd rather pay the extra money to not have to drive back and forth across town to fix a problem with someone who isn't very nice or helpful. read more
